Shelves look like they've been looted.

I love Target. I have shopped in person, had items delivered, and picked up items. If you have ever been to one? You have been to all of them. Meaning? The stores are laid out the same, usually. They are clean and organized. This particular store had a few shelves that looked like they had been gone through by customers and not organized correctly afterward. No big deal. Otherwise? The store was clean and organized.I happened to be looking for one item for 20 minutes and decided to ask for directions. I can't see that well, and I'm disabled. So, I ended up asking 3 or 4 different Target associates for help (all wearing name tags). They were polite and were either putting items away or talking to other Target personnel. Everyone I asked for help pointed with their finger (re: go down this aisle and make a left, make a right two times, and then go straight). Or something along those lines. Yikes! ?Perhaps they should have looked the item up and said check aisle A4 or aisle C2. Or? Taken me to the item or used a premade map and drew directions? What they decided to do did not work. At least for me.Every time I followed their directions (or at least I thought I did), I would end up getting lost and no where near the item I was searching for. I ended up asking other Target associates for directions. And then when I finally got there? The only item they had (that I wanted) was a floor sample. I really needed the item because I can no longer get on the floor and scrub my floor on my hands and knees. It was a steam mop and I thought it would helpI would now wait for a shipment that was due to arrive the next day.The very next day, it was so much more expensive. Not even 24 hours had passed. The price rose to $ 102 + (from $ 69 +) something. I'm on disability but I really needed the item.I could not believe the price change. My husband placed the order.I did not know it was so much more expensive. They should have given me an opportunity for a rainchack.I have my item. I will open it today. This was just one experience.

I literally only use this location for drive up now. I don’t go in, because I don’t enjoy long lines. It’s pretty good for drive up, the only frustration is they are frequently out of stock on things.

Target is such a nice place to shop compared to Walmart or Fred meyers. It's worth the tiny price increase to shop somewhere that treats you like a customer. They keep their store and parking lot nice also.

Overall, ok. I only wish I had asked the name of the young lady who helped me at customer service. Absolutely went out of her way to male it right. I hope management knows who I am referring to so she gets recognition. She was kind and went above and beyond. As far as the rest of the store, based on general appearance and empty shelves, I'm thinking it's about to undergo some sort of renovation. Maybe. The other employees I've interacted with at this location, I don't want to be unkind (maybe they were having a really bad day), but mediocre customer service at best. This location is always busy.

The last three times I have been to Target I see customers walking out with carts loaded up with things they have not paid for and no one cares. Everyone that shops there pays for the products that these people take. I am not blaming the people that work there, I think it the responsibility of the corporation to deal with this issue. Hire security that can combat this issue. Yesterday when I asked a man if he had paid for his stuff he said "nope" and laughed and kept walking with no shame. Why does anyone pay for this problem. Done with Target and their inability to stop this.

The self checkouts have made this an even more stressful, impersonal place to shop and be. Too bad.

Great store. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I was able to find a good pillow and can of shaving cream.

I've shopped here of and on for several years now as it's close to my doctors office. Well I'm not sure I'm going to come in any more during the summer because they don't seem to know what an air conditioner is! This place is like a sauna! And it's not just one time. I've been in several times recently and so have several people I know and they have all said the same thing. It's too darn hot to shop in there. The employees look miserable in that sweltering swamp of a store. I think it's cruel to make your employees work under such harsh conditions. I used to work in a retirement home and the place was always kept warmer because old people are perpetually cold but that place was an ice palace compared to this store! Turn your A/C on to a normal setting to make your customers and your employees more comfortable or you will lose both!

This is my go to target always! But the reason I’m finally giving it a five star review is because of the manager Jacob, I’m pretty sure his name was. He was absolutely amazing after two very rude workers told me today that something was to hard to get off of a mannequin he came over and immediately helped me. Very grateful and these employees are lucky to have him as a manager.

Chloe the cashier is completely rude & unprofessional & it really seems like she hates her job. I witnessed her yell at one of the employees infront of customers. Completely unprofessional!!!! My opinion is that you should put her in the back where she doesn't have any customer contact to embarrass target. Also, I'm gonna take this further & contact Mr or Mrs corporate Target. Thank you, enjoy your day.

I like target. This specific location lacks workers who are trained and presentable. There are a handful of workers I know are trained well and happy to be there. That is what is saving this review from a one star. It’s mostly the workers just don’t look equipped not to mention the store is just not in top shape. I hope they get some more formidable staff members so I can enjoy my experiences at target a little more.

In November 2022, the store associates thought that I looked like a man who stole some store keys, so the manager called the police. I was escorted to the front of the store and had to leave my kids behind. They showed me footage of a woman that wasn't me and when I was asked if it was me and I said no, the manager said "it sure looks like you". They held me for 45 min and wouldn't listen to me as explained the obvious differences between me and the women. They wouldn't tell me what it was I was being accused of stealing or when when it happened. 1 week later the real thief was found and charged. I never received and a apology or heard from any of the 10 people in upper management and the corporate office that I emailed several times.

When you purchase items online, you automatically get charged .80 cents for bags and are supposed to get reimbursed for all the bags you don't take. I usually only get (1) bag and should only be charged .08 cents and reimbursed .72 cents for the remainder of the bags not taken. This never happens! Sometimes you never get reimbursed, or sometimes they only reimburse you for 1 bag at .08 cents, so Target is making a profit of .72 cents off you or more each time you pick up an online order. I've called several times concerned, and they say it will be fixed, and it never is..showed them my bank statements and still nothing! This is at the Southhill store, wondering if it's happening all over and why??
