Great store. Wish they had a larger selection. Their customer service is top notch though, definitely notice their level of customer service vs other retailers in the area.

was in there today to return a lightly used computer bag (no defects but had trouble using with the one over the shoulder handle). They refused to honor the return and the two men working there effused attitude. Clearly could care less losing a lifetime customer. Not at all what I would have expected from the usual welcoming staff.

Came in the store for some boots and was greeted by Stacey extremely nice and professional, answer all my questions and was very helpful . I'm Spokane for college baseball UC irvine vs Gonzaga . When I came back I will definently come back and ask for Stacey again. The best experience ever . Thanks Stacey

The best place to buy a jacket-if you can afford it-in Spokane! The North Face (TNF) is the gold standard in jackets. Why? Super-warm ! The absolute BEST!!

Okay so I like tried to go to jail. But being the nice people they are, they wouldn't let me go to jail. And I made 4 attempts to go to jail. So yes this is the place to be. Friendly, classy, family fun, clean, just the place to be. I'm back loving Spokane. Love and hugs

Recently bought a tent online to pick up in store. Staff was super friendly and recommend extra items! I will be back for an item recommended as an add on for our new tent. Can’t wait to go camping this weekend!

A small outdoor apparel store. They sold me comfortable shoes. Staff was nice. Their selection was limited by the size of the store, but I found what I was looking for.
