I was moving and didn’t have a place to do laundry. I went and asked the guy working there for help and he was very patient and kind. The people washing there as helped me out with my questions. Had a pleasant safe experience.

The washing machine I used for my quilt totally skipped the rinse cycle. Also, the prices for short wash cycle are outrageous.

Perhaps you should open at 7:30 like it says you do because I am sitting here waiting and no one is here to open the laundry! Why have hours if you can't honor them

I’ve been here a few times now, and every time it has been great. The woman who runs the place is always kind and helpful if you need her. I have a very large winter comforter that does not fit in my regular washing machine, but this place has a lot of great large load options. It is a clean and welcoming environment. I will definitely continue to come here.

My first dry cleaning experience. My coat came out crisp and clean and the price seemed reasonable. I even got a discount for being a new customer.

I am fortunate enough to own a washer and dryer, but my dryer cannot accommodate my king down comforter. Yesterday, I washed my comforter and took it to Tumble. I asked the wonderful woman at the desk if she would dry the comforter for me, and she said YES! This kind soul made sure that the comforter was thoroughly dry and called me when it was ready. Total cost $7 . . . for sparing me 2+ hours of boredom while I watch the dryer tumble AND giving me the freedom to utilize this time to complete several other tasks. There have been other occasions when I have utilized this facility, and each time the employees were absolutely wonderful and the environment was clean and inviting. THANK YOU, Tumble! This is why I always keep coming back!

I expected more given how well organized and designed the website was. But I walked in and there was no signage labeling the washers and dryers. I went to what I thought was a smaller washer, loaded it up with my clothes and soap, and then found out it was $7 for 1 load! There were some cheaper machines around the corner toward the back, but half were out of order. And not well labeled. Another customer had loaded her clothes, soap, and coins before noticing a tiny out of order sign on the edge of the machine (opposite side from the coin slot).Trying not to get overcharged again, I threw my clothes in one of the smaller dryers. I kept having to add time and ended up waiting 50 minutes and my clothes were still wet! The drum was barely warm, which could’ve just been from the friction from spinning so long. Told the attendant the machine may be broken, but he just shrugged his shoulders and said those were for really, really small loads and they technically still work so no refund for my wasted time and money. He directed my to the tan dryers, all of which were labeled out of order when I arrived, but one mysteriously started working again while I was waiting for the other dryer. Each kind of dryer was labeled $.25 but didn’t tell you for how long until you started the dryer. And each kind ran different times for the $.25.All in all, just label your machines with honest pricing and load sizes! I still have no clue why 1 load in the washer was $7. Crazy! And make sure out of order signs are high visibility and placed logically. This place might be better once you learn what to do and not do, but it is not user-friendly for 1st time customers.
