If you get locked out of your vehicle, after paying for the insurance that “solves all of your problems pre-emptivelyâ€, they'll make you pay for how long it takes u haul customer service to get your truck unlocked. I'm a dumbass for getting locked out, but let's be honest. I'm paying for the shittiest service ever.

I've been going to the U-Haul dealer there on second for the last five years filling my propane tank never had a problem, today they told me that they couldn't fill my propane tank because it was over 10 years old now if that's the case I just got that tank brand new last year and just because it said 2000 over 10 years but yet they were still filling it up in 2016 and 2017 2018, first it was the valves now it's the tank they can never make up their mind one star I will never go there again for any kind of service! So I am very frustrated Marine!

The U-Haul reservation I made was not in the system. The business is A to Z Rental, I'd go through them directly if you can. U-Haul call center: 0.2 A to Z Rental: 5 Be careful calling in a reservation through U-Haul.

Do not rent UHaul! Junk cars. I rented one that i drove for 350 miles. They told me the vehicle is newer when I booked it, after leaving and heading out on the freeway I couldn't find the Cruise control, so I called to ask and I was told that the vehicles are older so no Cruise control, yes 350 miles without cruise control! When I brought it back to the location that I was told to drop it off at, the office said that they cannot receive the vehicle and to go drop it off at another location, when I arrived at the other location they said they cannot receive the vehicle and to go back to the first location I came from, they are an absolute messsssss! Going through a bump the vehicle crackles, the shocks are shot! Shall I keep going???? Never renting UHaul again.

Buyer beware!!! We specifically asked about the 100% buy back guarantee and were told we would be fully refunded for any unused boxes. The employee failed to mention that a receipt is required, and in the course of moving we tossed it. Honestly, it wouldn't have been so bad if the next employee hasn't been condescending when we explained that this policy wasn't mentioned during our purchase. It was bad enough to be out $40, but to have the extra attitude pushed it over the edge. Based on Uhaul reviews on the web, this seems to happen a lot and is a convenient loophole in the 100% buy back-- I'm surprised it isn't standard practice to inform all customers of this. None the less, the employees at this store fell short and were rude. Go elsewhere if possible.

04/23/11, Saturday ..... drove from TRI CITIES, WA to SPOKANE, WA .... to help move our oldest son (Nick) .... Nick lives near South Hill Area of Spokane ... and the 2nd Avenue location in the "City Center" was about a mile away. We reserved a 17 footer moving van "on-line" .... when we arrived - the "rig" was there and ready to go .... we got in-and-out without any issues.
