Minus one star... Horrible customer service, was over charged and argued with me acusing me of lying. Once I made them retrace their steps, after attitude and arguements, their face of shame was priceless. These people are Worthless...

My reservation got a little messed up. Lady didn't bring truck back on time and I had to move my reservation from downtown to the Northside. They gave me a 20 dollar credit for the hassle that covered half the gas to drive up there and back. Worst experience ever!!!! They kept changing the time of our truck pick up time and did not even have the truck we reserved. We traveled from out of town to get the truck and they didn't even have it at our scheduled time.
