The gentleman who assisted me was super helpful. This location didn't have what I needed, so he searched other locations and secured a truck for me.I was able to move what I needed to.

Place is a joke. They call themselves a 24/7 access uhual storage. I just drove over an hour to come get my couches and tables for my 5th wheel and can't get in for another 2 hours until someone shows up to work. I have a appointment to show my 5th wheel to sell it and they might be costing me that sell. The gate even has a 24/7 sign stating sign up now and get immediate access. False advertising 100%

Since new ownership has been awesome to have a place to store my stuff the staff is very professional and the grounds are kept well prices are reasonable.

I'm very clean and secure facility one of the nice ones in the area and do they have both climate controlled units as well as regular outdoor ones

It was such a frustrating experience renting trailers from this company. Prices are all inconsistent and very expensive. Automatically chose our drop off location which we didn’t know was an hour away after driving 6 hours that day. Phone call took over 2 hours because we were transferred and put on hold so much. Dropping off after hours was very difficult as well. All around an awful experience.

I was really discouraged by the national special to “get a free month of storage with any truck rental”, it was even plastered on the truck I rented, but when I asked about it, I was told it only applied to one way rentals. Such a shame!Regardless, the storage facility was extremely nice and easy to access, and the truck rental went off without a hitch. U-Haul’s online ordering and self-service tools are groundbreaking, and it definitely makes me want to use them again.

Worst storage ever! Code never works then they make ya drive down to another store for the code then have the audacity to say “it’s only a mile away” when gas is 5 bucks a gallon a mile is a lot to go just for a code that could have been given over the phone while the employee verified drivers license. I called them for 3 days and got no answer. Owners rude as can be and most importantly make sure ya keep an eye on your billing. We will be moving our stuff to a more honest storage facility.

The African American women who is working at uhaul at this location this morning today needs a power retrain ruby verythere decorprate office hung up on me told me to go to another uhaul that I already called to see if they had a truck all because I didn't want to give out all my personal information before asking her if they had a truck available.I don't recommend this location they seem suspect..

They have confusing rules. I was presented with borderline acceptable services. I am no longer using these units and Uhaul is still taking my money! Unacceptable!!!

This location is NOT 24/7. After multiple calls to customer service and finally going to a different physical location was told it’s not 24/7 as advertised. Will not be keeping my unit.
