TLDR; Kelly is amazing and deserves a raise!Requested a quote awhile ago, never heard anything back. Assumed they had no availability. Received a call today from Kelly, she was following up. I had already booked services through another agency, but Kelly helped me with other moving needs. She searched for the closest UHaul to my destination, found the distance, and their contact information. Despite me having made it clear we went with another agency, she still went above and beyond to assist me!! I wanted to make a shout out to her boss, and she told me to come here. Will be emailing them as well.

Me and my buddies just moved all the way from Kansas and stored our things here. Our 2000 dollar gaming PC was missing and the people here just blew us off and said there was nothing they could do.

I reserved a cargo van at this facility and also completed online check in. When I reached the facility to pickup the vehicle no one was there at the counter. Had to call the number written in from of the door. Person who answered the call was not working on that day so asked me to wait. Waited for another 5-10 mins. Some one came out of the facility and verified the order and said, they don't have vehicle. The reason was don't have vehicle. If that is the case, system should not even allow to confirm the order and complete the pickup check in. I end up finding another facility to find the truck.

Overall this location is awesome. Scotty is the man he did such a great job taking care of us and accommodating us after a few errors on the u-haul end. Our pick up location started us out with a bad experience in Oklahoma. When we made it to Scotty and team they were so delightful and helpful. Scotty and his team deserve some great recognition from the company. Thank you Scotty and team!

Management is the reason behind my one star review, was training a new employee when we came in and the owner was extremely rude to her (not to mention it took like 45 mins to pick up our vehicle), I felt so sorry for her, and was charged $250 for a $80 rental without a heads up, and when I called to ask for a refund on the money I didn’t authorize, the manager was extremely rude about it. Will not come here again.

Will not be returning to this location. Took us about 30 additional minutes in person to rent/pay for a uhaul we had reserved over the phone earlier that day. Our 1 year old was getting restless in his carseat waiting for so long and we were getting frustrated at how many times we had to restart because the internet wasn't working. It was such a big mess, the guy working the counter was lucky we were so cool with him. He even joked about getting a bad review from us and we all laughed. I wasn't actually going to leave a review because it really wasn't that horrible of an experience, but as my husband and I were walking out the door and discussing our pets, he casually says "I microwaved a cat once." And goes on to explain how he was "only 12" and his sister had to stop him and "it only went around once." Then he told us 4 years later the cat got cancer and everyone told him he gave the cat cancer. He told us he felt guilty for a long time and has finally decided there's no way he could've given that cat cancer, "4 seconds in a microwave isnt long enough to do anything," he said. And I am still thinking about that 3 days later. Just strange for him to bring it up so casually to people he doesnt even know, who have cats!

The man who helped me took an hour and 15 minutes to get us our uhaul that was already rented online the night before, but he insisted we start all over from scratch in person. He had to start over 3 different times because he insisted i pay for 3 days when i only needed it for a couple hours. Multiple times he tried to charge me for a 3 day rental and i had to correct him. Finally after an hour and 15 mins he brings out the uhaul..mind you this WAS my moving day that was supposed to start at 11:30...its now 12:50 and he brings the truck out without any dollys..i tell him we need dollys and he informs me he forgot to ring them up and insists i just move without them otherwise were gunna have to start all the way over. After awhile he just gives us a dolly without checking it out, for free. Its now 1:00. Finally no more problems i think. Wrong.Come to return the uhaul after hours and i cant because the guy didnt even rent it under my account but charged my card.Finally found my contract number and found out how to return it without an account...and what happens? They say they have to charge me a second time because the first payment was never recorded?? Absolute BS and waste of my time. Next time, I will drive into Coeur d alene and pay the extra $100 in miles and gas just to avoid this location and the guy who clearly had no idea what he was doing on the job.Get it together uhaul. Very disappointed.

Quick and easy! It's been a while since I've rented a U-Haul, and it took a while the last time I moved 8 years ago, but this location had us in and out very quickly. Everything went well, and we got a storage unit for the first month free. Two thumbs up!

I have done business with Uhaul for many years. Today I followed a transport driver carrying several uhaul trailers north on HWY27 from South of Spokane to the Spokane Valley. The area field supervisor as it said on his door, he was only about 5-10 ft off the bumper of the person in front of him at 55 mph. I approached the driver at a stop light to ask if he realized how close he was to the truck in front of him and he flipped me off. What a great representation of UHAUL... NOT... WOW, is all I have to say.
