I went in for a blowout today - not my first time but first time with Sydni- and I left with my hair frizzy and not even blown out properly. She was more concerned about charging me double because she was slow and she kept giving me looks like she didn’t like me. They said I could have a refund but I’m so upset. This was for my birthday party tonight and I am so upset.

I had an AMAZING experience! All the workers were so kind and didn’t make it seem like an imposition to help me out. There was one worker, I never caught her name, but she had blonde curly hair and she was helping me find a perfume scent and helping me with my skincare. She was so so kind and helped me really understand what i was getting and how to help my skin. The best experience I’ve ever hard at an ulta!!

Their return policy is horrible. If you buy a gift for someone, make sure to obtain a gift receipt. For if you don't, they cut the original price back from 100 to 60. This is ridiculous.

My daughters and I shop here a lot, but today we went in there and I am disgusted with how my daughter was treated by the staff. Terrible terrible customer service and too much to explain in this review. But not ok! I would love to be contacted by a manager about this!

Alea from Clinique, and Ashlynn from Benefit were absolutely wonderful today. Ashlynn did an amazing job on my eye brows, and recommended me to Alea for a foundation match. With Alea’s help I was able to find the perfect foundation for my wedding and we were able to find an amazing lipstick to go with it. She was so sweet and funny and was an absolute joy to work with. Definitely will be coming back to see her! Would recliner 10/10

Zero customer service. I even smiled and said, hi to two associates and nothing. Was so excited to try some new products since just cutting my hair short. How disappointing, please do better.

Picked up an order I had made online; there's a single checkstand separate from the main checkout for people who make online orders. It was nice not having to wait in the main line; I was in and out of the store in less than a minute!

Customer service is excellent as soon as you walk in they great you. When you’re walking around employees will ask if you’re finding everything okay. I recently got a brow lamination from Kim, and she was absolutely fantastic and worked her magic on my not so even eyebrows. Today I got a full highlight from Sydnie and my hair was a brassy orange tone and she couldn’t promise I would get it as light as I wanted but my hair took the color amazing and was absolutely shocked how well it turned out!! Will be back for more brow laminations and hair appointments ?

The people working at this location were nice and bubbly.However the Ulta customer service (via online/telephone) was supposed to merge my gift cards so that I could use my card online. They said they would send me my gift card electronically via email to which they never did. I went to check my gift cards at this location to see if there was anything on them and there weren't any balances on my gift cards. I contacted customer service again and they said that this was a common thing for the gift card to be sent to the wrong email or not be sent at all. I am still waiting on my gift card. The customer service said that it will be longer than 24-48 hours because the system is down.The solution to this would be to allow someone to use multiple gift cards online at checkout. Only allowing one gift card, and then making someone jump through all these hoops is so inconvenient.I understand that this has nothing to do with the employees at this location I just wanted to vent about online ordering with gift cards.

Customer service is never good, no matter which Ulta you walk into. Haven't been into Ulta since they changed locations. Was waiting to check out, one cashier up front, but she was on the phone helping another customer. Two other associates (both wearing all black, if it matters) were just standing around chatting. Didn't even offer to help the associate at the register. After I waited a few minutes I just left. So what if I was wearing sweats and a hoodie, trust and believe if I walk in the store I have money to spend. You either need new management, or new employees. Maybe both.

I went in yesterday excited for a silk press because of a prom event later that day, and ended my appt in tears. I had scheduled an appt with a hairstylist and received a call that she was unable to do my hair type (curly) and referred me to another stylist by the name of "Ari" who was "supposed" to be specialized in my hair. The first half of the appt was fine with my hair being blow dried and straightened, but then it went south. I had asked if I would be able to get 1-1.5 inches trimmed off the ends of my hair to make the straightened hair look a little more neat. I was told that it would be an ADDITIONAL $47 to have a "hair cut" even though I only needed a trim. Eventually the stylist said she would trim my ends free of charge to clean it up. I had clarified that I only wanted 1 inch cut off, and that the stylist and I were in agreement on that length. She began to start trimming my hair, bluntly chopping in a straight direction and not angled. I'm no stylist, but I am sure that is not the correct way. She quickly began chopping more and more off because it kept coming out uneven. My hair was at the middle of my back and after she was finished it was to my neck. I asked her when my hair becomes curly, how much shorter would it be, and she said it would be an additional 2in shorter. The stylist then proceeded to ask if I would send her pictures of my prom hair/outfit to post on her personal Instagram. I was appalled by the nerve of the stylist to ask me for personal information after screwing up my hair. The worst part was she did not even cut my hair straight. I was charged $62 to have all my hair cut off and terrible customer service. DO NOT go to this salon, unless you want to end up with a shitty version of a Joan of Arc haircut.
