DO NOT USE UPS. They just lost a customer for life. They lost my package and would not file a claim. I used to think the postal service was bad. Ups is worse. Going to small claims court.

Rude customer service was dropping off a package that should’ve been picked up at my door which UPS has not showed up for two days so I go into the store and he proceeds to tell me that I should probably go home and wait for them to show up at my door then he gives me the one 800 number to contact the drivers and proceeds to tell me that he has no idea and he could not help me with the phone service. I usually don’t write reviews like this, but the things he said were totally not even acceptable. Very rude customer service.

Lost my package or stole it more than likely, one of the two!! Didn’t scan it into USPS system even though it had a prepaid label now they tell me sorry nothing we can do!! Now I’m out $180!!! Can’t claim it with USPS either cause they didn’t ever scan it at UPS. If you value your money don’t go here terrible store.

Wow I get nothing but friendly wonderful service here at the 29th store.For those of you who claim you've been yelled at LOL you had to have been rude disrespectful people without a doubt?Oh and by the way they have these nifty little machines so if they make a mistake on the address You have to double and sometimes triple check it before they can proceed so the only way a mistake is made is if you don't double check it yourself. So take responsibility for yourself for once. Update. Extra 5 stars for having to deal with all those ignorant reviews. Remember Mr Smith you have to confirm if the address is correct or not. So if you went back after you said your not going back ?and your item was sent to the wrong address that would mean you had to actually confirm that address was correct and that would make it ALL YOUR Fualt.

The customer service is lacking aside from the acting manager. Big guy, long hair very condescending and rude over the phone and enjoys hanging up on customers. Then when I come into the the store argues with me in front of the employees and customers telling me how I should treat him. Not a good business practice. Going to another store until they guy is gone. Have the audio if the owner wants to reach out. -Update - The incompetency of the staff is horrendous. They wrote the wrong address down again and delayed our package again. The owner needs to get a handle on their staff.

Horrific experience. They Mis-addressed a Christmas package. Spoke with them 4 times on phone to try and locate it to no avail. Given run around. Went in to file claim and the lost package (severely damaged now) is sitting on back counter! Clerk was a jerk. Absolutely no interest in trying to fix situation or help.Recommend you use another UPS store and steer clear of 29th street location. So disappointing. Clear that they don’t care at all and rude as all get out. So many other options available.

Wouldn’t recommend going to this UPS. I sent two packages from there and they completely messed it up. I was sending two packages to different people and they ended up putting both packages in a box and sending both of them to just one of the individuals I meant to send it to. And they aren’t helpful and very unorganized store.Go to the UPS on 57th you’ll have much better luck.

I've always had good service in this store itself, my issue is with the delivery side. When did it become common practice in a high property crime and high package theft city, to leave multiple $500 packages out in plain sight without even bothering to knock on the door?There was a clearly marked package locker 18 inches to the right of where they were left. There was multiple bannisters or pieces of furniture to leave it behind so that you can see the package from the house, but can't see the package from the street. There's a clearly visible doorbell and door for you to knock on. How is this not common sense for a delivery service?It's lazy behavior like this that makes me incredibly apprehensive to have expensive packages shipped to me. Please stop acting incompetent and stop cutting corners with our expensive packages.

Wow I get nothing but friendly wonderful service here at the 29th store. I've had prepaid labels and I've had them create labels for me and nothing's ever got lost. For those of you who claim you've been yelled at LOL you had to have been rude disrespectful people without a doubt? remember when your treating somebody like garbage or like they're below you or when you're just acting like a stuck-up piece of you know what, what comes around goes around and you're probably not going to get treated with much respect

I’ve been having to get papers printed from my computer, it is so fantastically easy to email the PDF file to be printed. Everybody has always been so friendly, accommodating, efficient, always service with a smile. I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you to the staff at the UPS store on 29th by Safeway.

Want to get your package lost, and get yelled at? This is the store for you... Came in to the store, had them print a label and left the package with them to be shipped out... No record of the package since then. Without going into details about how hard it is to even file a claim with UPS, 2 months later I'm told to go to that store again to make sure they filed the proper paperwork. Of course they were clueless and not only wouldn't help me, but a clerk actually raised his voice at me (while i was being calm and professional) saying it's my fault the package was lost, because all they did is print a label for me, even though they took the package in to be shipped out. I asked them to check their camera records to see that the package was indeed dropped off, he simply told me they can't do that with no further explanation. Sucks to be me I guess..

Avoid going to this store if at all possibleNo amiable, friendly service at allThere are always as long line and the other employees don,t come and help, but just stand there. Prices are becoming out of hand on anything that you are trying to do!

The new staff make everything so much faster, and the store is looking nicer. Google hours are wrong though, they open at 9 on Saturday...
