Today Hannah helped me open an account. She was great! It was a pleasure to work with her. I think US Bank is very fortunate to have an employee like her. I’ve banked with USbank for years and have had no issues. However, this branch’s ATM shorted me $50 on one of my cash withdrawals despite taking the full amount out of my account. I spoke with 3 different people at this branch trying to resolve the issue and reclaim my money. Nobody would help me after stating my claim was denied and offering no further explanation. It has been almost 3 weeks since the incorrect ATM withdrawal and I still don’t have my money back. What should have been an easy fix has turned into USBank stealing $50 from me and nobody at this branch doing anything to help. I am now working with their corporate offices to try and resolve this issue. My experience at this bank has been frustrating enough that when my claim finally gets resolved to my satisfaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. ATM malfunctions happen! But not helping me recover my money is inexcusable.

To start with none of the employees are wearing their masks properly some not at all. This is Washington state and we have a mask mandate regardless of vaccination status. I have already been waiting 5 mins and tons of people sitting at desks not helping one but I should have to wait almost 10 minutes? Doesn’t make any sense

We had a final expense check that we needed access to quickly to cover some expenses related to a family members death. Our bank wanted to hold the funds. The check was drawn on US Bank and the rep at the window of this location said they couldn’t help. We went down to the branch on Indiana and they helped us with no problems and even waived the check cashing fee because of the North branches poor service. If you need help avoid this location. Worth the extra drive to hit up the guys on Indiana.

I've never had an easy experience here. Ever. This bank is sub-par compared to ANY other bank I've been with. Outside of deposits and withdraws it takes forever to get anything done. A manager always ends up stepping in and trying to steer me a different route. Their organization is a mess and half the time no one is in their "central" office. As such, my documents can rarely be accessed and I have to come back. DO NOT BANK HERE. It's the definition of big business.
