I had to get a passport and the team made it very easy for me and helped me along the way for the small things I missed. Alex was a true team player and while helping me she took care of a problem customer with Kindness but still firm. Really appreciate the team for keeping everyone safe and diffusing a difficult situation. I would have left a review on USPS website but it sends me to an Invalid URL. Hopefully this will suffice.

I was blown away by how poor the customer service was. Randi, who is the supervisor at? Riverside was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to help me. I was a walk-in for a passport, and even though his scheduled appointment had not shown up because of snowstorm he would not allow me to fit in, despite the fact that nobody was even in the store, and there were several people available to do the work.It was in stark contrast to then I then drove directly to the Garland. Location and Kay worked me in for a walk in with a smile on her face and I was in and out of there in five minutesThey say the fish rots from the head, and if Randy is the supervisor, that attitude was obvious with all the employees that I interacted with at his store. It was a complete opposite experience with Kay at the Garland location.

It is the main PO in Spokane and the only one left that offers the homeless a secure PO Box (General Delivery) for free. You must show a passport or other government ID with a picture to pick up your mail but if you are on vacation it is a good idea to use it while away from home. You can keep your home address as your billing address on your bank card but if you open a Washington Trust Simple Checking account, they will NOT allow it for a billing address nor add it as an alternate mailing address. The homeless shelters will steal your mail and also everybody's access to the wifi that is supposed to be available to the homeless in the hopes that unable to find housing the homeless will get so desperate they will turn over their entire Social Security check.

This was my first experience at this location and it was so refreshing to be treated with kindness and a smile. Paul, the USPS counter employee I dealt with, was truly phenomenal. Not only was he patient, but he was polite and helpful. I came in with two bags full of small packages to mail and was expecting the worst but this location and employees made all the difference!

UPS in Spokane has hired some thieves and scammers as contractors and they are getting more and more brazen with our purchases by the hourThe Spokane mail is not safe till they fix the problem in the shipping and delivery departmentsIf it’s something they want count on it being misplaced in a deep pocketThis kind of thing makes our government look extremely inefficient and it’s disappointingApparently tall ivory towers can’t see past the clouds to the peasants below anymoreThey can’t see it from their house

Called this post office to see if they could help me locate a time-sensitive piece of certified mail that should have been delivered a week ago to Spokane. These people do not answer the phone at all. I called 8 times. After the automated phone prompt, the phone rings about half a dozen times and then a busy signal. Seriously, how does this place not have a voicemail recording??? How lame...So, after getting nowhere with this post office, I had to call the 800 number for USPS customer service. What a joke. Was on hold for a half hour, didn't speak to anyone and I was directed to the customer service survey at the end of the call, HA! I've had much better luck with shipping & delivery with UPS. I should've used them in the first place. I wish UPS would take over USPS with delivering all small mail pieces. They are more reliable (in my opinion).

Their customer service is atrocious and the employees there are beyond rude to the customers. I personally think the whole staff should be fired and have a new crew hired that knows how to treat a customer respectfully.

Incredibly slow. There was only 5 people in line ahead of me and it took 30 minutes for me to be seen.
