I get anxiety when I have to go mail a package because John (the large bearded clerk) is ALWAYS condescending and rude. I have never once had a positive interaction with him. He belittles you if you ask questions or miss a spot on the form when sending certified mail. If you look back through these Google reviews you will see that he has had complaints for years. Just goes to show that UPS and the manager of this location could care less as to how their employees treat customers.

If the men are working at the counter, it will be a great experience. If the women are working, it won't. They act like entitled robots that hate their jobs. I can't believe the contrast from one experience to the next. Leonard, the manager definitely needs to do some customer service training for the ladies. If you ask for a reason why they are asking for something that you have never had to do, watch out! The three stars translate into 5 for the men and -2 for the women. (May 17, 2023 experience)

I appreciate this postal location so much. Their service is excellent, people are knowledgeable and if needed, you can call the branch manager and ask them questions directly.They've assisted me with vacation holds and post office box requests.I can't recommend the quality of this branch enough, how its run, services they offer and the people on staff. I love USPS and this branch is one reason I do.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Worst possible place to have a post box. Items are not given to me at the time I go in, this has now happened numerous occasions. It is a 50 minute drive to the house. Some of the people there are extremely rude when they have to go a second time to the back of the post office to get the package that I came in for earlier and was told it was not there. The "Heros" sign displayed at the post office is a joke, sorry. Who ever came up with that slogan has absolutely NO IDEA what or who a hero is. You should be ashamed calling yourselves HEROS. There are two guys with beards and glasses, JOEY is a GEM and I give him 5 stars on his pleasant personality and attention to detail.

With the holiday season in full swing, Manito Post Office is really showing their dedication to ensure our packages arrive on time. Not only do they speedily ship items and sell stamps but also create a festive atmosphere by playing joyful music while decking out with some wonderful decorations! They've truly become an oasis of good will this Christmas - I'll definitely be back next year for sure!

I enjoy this post office! They work diligently behind the front desk & are always courteous to me. ‘Big John’ makes me laugh.Of course, I’m just a humble retired teacher & not ‘somebody’ that expects royal treatment.You want to be treated badly? Go to the post office on Regal! They have two of the RUDEST, snottiest clerks I’ve ever seen.The clerks on Grand? They work on Saturdays & they’re friendly. This is my go to Post Office!

Y’all John is a funny sweet guy with a sense of humor I guess some people just don’t understand. He always makes my trips to the post office fun! If you’re offended by his ‘sarcastic’ sense of humor, just go somewhere else, or don’t be so sensitive.

Prior Covid, excellent customer service in person. I would call in and receive direct help as well. Today , June 6th 5p, I called in expecting the same help on the phone as I did numerous times before, and the male who answered did not help me, rather referred me to go online. I went online and what I needed was out of service online. I finally called the general nationwide number and I received the help I needed. REALLY, YOU COULDN'T just be the friendly neighborhood postman as expected? Shame on you.

All these people complaining about the bearded man are delusional. I have NEVER had a negative experience with him and find him quite delightful. Sounds like they all need to take a chill-pill. And I can assure you I go in WAY more often than these thin-skinned weenies and interact with this gentleman much more. I would looooooooove to experience what these people are like in their everyday lives... probably the impatient, self-important degenerates that fester in this town.

THE WORST!! Had to check in 15 prepaid packages and get a receipt. John was horrible. He did not say a single word to me. Not one!!! He then started checking in my packages and after weighing them he literally threw them about 8 feet behind him through an opening into a bin. I could hear each package land in the bottom of the bin. Good thing they are insured, I am sure I will be hearing back from my customers about damaged items. This guy obviously hates his job and it shows. Time for USPS to do something with him. At least keep him in the back, he obviously hates working up front. Rude! and this is not the first time he has been this way

Woman with brown hair was very rude and unwilling to help me with my click n ship label (that was extremely overpriced to begin with), said that I should go to UPS, their competitor, to get the label. I think I will be going their from now on, not just to get labels.

Arrived 10 mins from closing, walking through the doors just prior to 5:20pm. Was told a “10 minute” process would take too long because they “closed in 5 minutes”. Nice.
