We don’t get our mail, delivered to our house due to an owner home a block away, whose dogs seem to get out. I understand the safety of the delivery people but since they won’t deliver our mail and can’t confirm when they’re going to put in them mailbox for the whole corners of all three blocks we should as customers that keep our area safe Be provided PO Box so we can be able to get mail when it’s convenient for us but they will only provide them if we pay for it ourselves not even offer a discount poor customer service

This is not necessarily about the USPS employees at this location, who are friendly, but I don't KNOW if this is where the problem is. I mailed payment of a bill on March 6, 2024. I intentionally drove to this Post Office branch and went inside to deposit my addressed envelope (to St. Louis, MO from Spokane, WA -- I also wrote my return address on the envelope), stamped, and sealed in order to not add a day by giving it to the route carrier.Today is March 18, 2024 and the envelope still has not arrived, TWELVE DAYS AFTER MAILING. Could the delay be at the business receiving my payment? Yes, BUT I have experienced similar delays (1-2 weeks from mailing) to other addresses, business and personal. This has been ongoing for more than a year. The service just stealthily deteriorated to the worst I have seen in my 78 years. I believe it is part of a plan and the Postmaster General is directly involved in reducing service to save money to build his own future (but I could be wrong).Could I simply authorize auto payments from my bank account? Yes, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. The businesses certainly benefit from that, but the risk of financial disaster to the sucker who does that (hacking, theft, even (hidden) extra payments), mismanagement/mistakes at business OR bank (during or after life) is incredibly high. A great number of people don't notice, know or understand that, or just don't care because it is "easier." I could say much more about how that works, but I doubt many would read, or care. If you've never felt a financial pummeling, you may be in the "don't care" category.The whole point is that right now, it appears the USPS is the culprit and "service" is going down the drain even faster than before.

Never delivers packages or mail on time. They should probably stop sending a scan of the mail they say will be delivered but they never due there job. And they lie about attempting to deliver packages and wait till it is convenient for them.

Worst Ever .They don't even inform you that you are Not going to receive your mail ,Due to a stray dog in the neighborhood... Lady in charge is incredibly rude.

I came in with mail in many different sizes going to many different places. No waiting line. The clerk was knowledgeable, helpful, and calm. Thanks for the great service!

Thank you to all the hardworking employees who are absolutely killing themselves with no days off for weeks, 14+ hour days every day…all to get people their Amazon when they could just…go to their local store instead.Sorry about all the negative reviews. I guess not ever seeing your families is just not enough for some people. They want you to work until you are literally dead. People sure are selfish and entitled.Thank you for all you do!

Whoever is delivering the mail on Crestline is getting on my nerves. I understand it running late due to whatever reason.. but come on. Put the mail ALL the way into the mailbox!! Freaking after 8 pm before I get mail. That's a little ridiculous too but whatever on that part.

They don't knock on the door when they drop off packages. I've had continuous issues with them dropping off live bugs and not knocking on my door when they need to be kept from the cold, when its also specifically labeled so. i would give it 0 stars but i can't

I've had a PO box here for years. I have had good experiences however, many times my packages have been roughy stuffed into my PO box and damaged. As well as them putting my packages into other people's boxes. I have also not been given keys to the larger boxes when my packages are put in there leaving me with no way to get them. All in all I'm looking for a new po box. The staff (not supervisor) are sweet the only reason I gave 2 stars
