Thank you to all the hardworking employees who are absolutely killing themselves with no days off for weeks, 14+ hour days every day…all to get people their Amazon when they could just…go to their local store instead.Sorry about all the negative reviews. I guess not ever seeing your families is just not enough for some people. They want you to work until you are literally dead. People sure are selfish and entitled.Thank you for all you do!

Whoever is delivering the mail on Crestline is getting on my nerves. I understand it running late due to whatever reason.. but come on. Put the mail ALL the way into the mailbox!! Freaking after 8 pm before I get mail. That's a little ridiculous too but whatever on that part.

They don't knock on the door when they drop off packages. I've had continuous issues with them dropping off live bugs and not knocking on my door when they need to be kept from the cold, when its also specifically labeled so. i would give it 0 stars but i can't

I've had a PO box here for years. I have had good experiences however, many times my packages have been roughy stuffed into my PO box and damaged. As well as them putting my packages into other people's boxes. I have also not been given keys to the larger boxes when my packages are put in there leaving me with no way to get them. All in all I'm looking for a new po box. The staff (not supervisor) are sweet the only reason I gave 2 stars

I have never had a problem with a postal service untill I moved here. These people are absolutely lazy when it comes to checking your mail box to pick up outgoing mail. I have had something in my mail box the past week and nothing, no one has dropped off my mail or picked anything up. This isn't the first time it has happened either. And when I called they just said how, well if they don't see the flag up then they won't go, but they literally don't even go near my house. They really need to hire new people or train them way better because this is ridiculous.

So fricking irritated with the carriers. Every single package in the last two months has been taken to the wrong address. Some have gone to my neighbor next door, some down the street and some... Who knows??!! Can't get a hold of anyone to remedy problem and the carrier shows up randomly.

I would never say that I have ever had a pleasant experience at a post office but the workers at this one are really bad. I was in the other day and the older man and younger short woman working the counter were very rude. Leaning on the counter, no hello, just stood there looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable and I will try to avoid this place in the future.

Mail carrier reported my dog went after her. He is locked inside my house during the day. If he is outside it is behind a fence. She also didn’t deliver when we had our building material off to the side of the walkway. Saying there was an obstruction and could not deliver. They aren’t required to deliver if there is even a branch in the walkway. They don’t have to deliver if you don’t shovel. During the summer we get our mail in big piles. She waits and then delivers it all in a bunch. Our bills have been late due to it. I have put outgoing mail out and she didn’t pick up for days.I also sent an expensive pair of pants I was selling. The older man scanned it then sent it back. From there it was lost. They said they didn’t receive it. But my tracking shows it was last scanned at their location. I went and they said they didn’t have any lost boxes and they were all sent out.Then since our dog is behind a locked door and no screen door they don’t have to knock. They just put the notice on the door. I was speaking with post office to see if I had to pick up or if she would be bring it again. In the middle of question the lady hung up. They are all very unprofessional.
