This is like the worst case of HS dropouts you have seen. I talked to the manager with a cane about them delivering my stuff to a wrong address and she was clueless as to why it happened. Like: the address is printed on the package!!! The number of the house is on the house! Just add the two together!

Supervisor and clerk went out of their way to help me find my lost package. When they were unable to, the info they provided helped me get the company to send a replacement! Thank you!

Joe is incredibly knowledgeable of usps and their process. Shawn was also really helpful in trying to track my package down. Both super helpful and detail oriented in their work!

Put my mail on hold while out of town with specific dates, but they never resumed delivering mail or packages. I had to file a service request.I’ve also had issues where tracking shows delivered to mailbox, but when I check nothing is there. After calling USPS customer care, I find out that it actually hasn’t been delivered and they don’t know why this particular post office is doing that.If you’re having similar issues, call USPS customer care so they can gauge how widespread these issues are.

I’ve had packages ran over and they do nothing about it. Packages not delivered weekly for false reasons. This USPS is garbage and if you raise a stink they get worse.

We've had problems in the past with this P.O., they actually broke our electric gate and denied doing it. We've had a few packages stolen because most refuse to walk a few extra steps to our pedestrian gate and place the packages on our fenced property. On 3/28/23 they delivered a package and left it on top of our mail box which is located on the street, we live on a semi busy street and people drive by and steal packages. This particular package had a Amazon Fire Tablet in it, worth over $170, thank goodness I had an appointment and saw it when I drove by....I am positive it would have been stolen.

Packages show they have been out for delivery since 6am and only a peice of junk mail was delivered. You need a new driver onnthe elliott dr route. This is constantly happening

ATTENTION ALLThe company Bastien who hauls mail for our USPS parks loaded truck in neighborhoods unattended for hours at a time!!!! I have tried many times to contact the owner of Bastien and he doesn't care. Our mail is being neglected ever single day and noone cares at all!!! This is a joke!!!!

Leaves “Sorry we missed you” letters with no info and hope you use the online rescheduling but my place isn’t available for that. Took too long to figure out where my packages are, they didn’t even knock, I work from home I can hear the door.

With the stressful time of the holidays the clerk did an outstanding job expediting long lines at the post office. Most people are understanding but you will always have those who refuse to understand. Hang in there, your doing an amazing job

Honestly most US Post Offices do not have wonderful service in general but this location has the worst service I have ever experienced at any Post Office in the state of Washington. The customer service rep was rude, slow, not helpful, complaining and seemed to hate their job. He complained to everyone in line that he was going to "take a long time because it was an international package and anyone in line should just leave because this is a one man show". Then he announced that anyone that did not need to buy anything should just leave there package. The customer in the back of the line brought her package in front of all the customers in line and as soon as he finished with the international package, instead of helping me, the next customer in line he proceeded to process her package before helping any of the many customers in line ahead of her. Once he finally did offer to help, he was extremely rude to me as if I was keeping him from something more important. The Post Master at this location needs to look at the horrible reviews on Google and see how poorly they are doing for their Customers and fire some horrible employees.

I use a food delivery service that delivers in a ice box that refrigerate for two days. They have always use to deliver it on my porch and I would pick it up after I get off work. But this time they keeper my food shipment cuz I wasn't home. Its Friday so their office won't open till Monday so my food will now be spoiled. You'll have a soggy box when you open on Monday.

I live on a road that is private road. at 4:55 Sunday Aug 28th 2022 driver was going over 40 miles per hour on a posted 10 mule an hour road. We all pay for the road monthly. I stood in middle of road to ask him politely to slow down.....he hit the gas. Rudest mail service I have ever seen. Road is Old Trails- Glass Lane 99224. This man needs to be on leave. If he can't respect customers property, than is that who you want representing your company. We can always stop the government paid company's and start shipping everything on line thru UPS!!!
