No attempt to deliver to my home address, I was home all week and apparently these individuals returned my package to sender because they "couldn't verify addressee." Maybe try email, phone call, text, ring the doorbell, knock? Package is now in kent, so you have till tomorrow or maybe Tuesday to resolve this. I want an answer from someone as to why, I will come in person to every local center if need be, Im going to kent today and Ill see them in the morning.

Super sweet staff who understands our daily home lives are tough and give us good qenuwin care when we struggle or have a bad nigh. I should of been fired according to most the weld shops I worked before but here they understand and work with you by reaching out via phone to make sure you have all u need. I love my current job. I'm excited to see what happens next.

Drivers are extremely lazy and only deliver to my apartment office instead of putting packages in our mail boxes or bringing the packages to the door. They are the only carrier that has this issues and it has causes numerous packages to be delayed by many days when the office is closed. On the tracking information they lie and say the driveway is unaccessible for the reason they don't deliver.

Ken at the Spokane BMEU is AMAZING. I had been to several post offices in town trying to find the right spot to get a bulk mail permit, and he was the first person who was super helpful getting me where i needed to be. He also sat with me and helped me with an online application (that i should have done before i came). I really appreciated his patience and help guiding me through the process!

My package was mismanaged, but the man on the phone was sympathetic and a true professional. I know it's out out their control really but I appreciate them attempting their best to expedite my package to my customer.
