0 stars. Staff are friendly but 100% incompetent. Told us they could get us a cheaper better plan... Guess what. They didn't. And not only that, our plan was older so we couldn't get it back after we realized what they had done. We had services that were free before, and not after. Then, before we realized they were (friendly) idiots, my GF tried to get a new phone, but they couldn't ring her up. We had a show to go to, so we told them nevermind. Then when we realized they had jacked up our plan, we ALSO realized they had actually processed the upgrade even though we cancelled and they never gave us the phone! They charged us an in person upgrade fee and annotated our account that she was no longer eligible for an upgrade. Over a month later, and hours upon hours later, it's still not resolved and we've never been closer to leaving Verizon. Avoid at all costs!

Well I came in wanting to buy a galaxy tab s9 and he got me excited I thought I was getting a good deal saying I was getting a new line discount of a few hundred dollars told me It was 128 gig version and it was expandable up to 2 terabytes said it was a s tab 9+ I asked if it was waterproof he said yes he totally lied to me I could buy it at best buy for 214 said I'd be financing 200 no im financing 300 he lied to me gave me a a tab9+ im not happy and very upsetbe returning tommarow

I visited this store to upgrade my daughter's phone. Instead of being honest and letting me know we had 6 more months of payoff before an upgrade could take place, the sales associate stayed silent, and moved the contract amount to another phone on my account. He didn't think I would notice but when I tried to turn her old phone in (after making sure everything transferred) to a closer to home Verizon store, they noted a payment due and that needed to be paid before I was able to make the trade. After several calls to Verizon Customer Service little could be done to remedy the issue, as this is an independent store. This store does NOT answer phone calls so you must go visit in person. My 3rd visit to the store allowed me to meet with the manager who took the trade in phone and confirmed no contract was in place for any of the phones and urged me to verify this myself online after 48 hours. After waiting 48 hours I see the contract amount is still active but on the other phone.... No recourse, now they already have the traded in phone. I would NOT RECOMMEND this store, very shady management. Other Verizon colleagues couldn't understand how they even managed to move contracts between phones and get away with it. So frustrating, I don't have any more time to fight this uphill battle.

I took a limited English woman into this store to get a cell phone and internet. Two people helped us and said the monthly would be $97 as she had a discount called ACP. When she got her bill it was $162. Went back and the manager helped and said the bill would be $97 now but her bill for the second month is still $162. Now they want us to come in a third time to "see what they can do." I also learned later this isn't an actual Verizon store it's a reseller store called Victra.PS - It's no help to get a computer-generated response below saying I should email.

I will be formerly complaining to the BBB about this location. First off the manager Mauricio did not inform me that my business account would have to wait for 36 months to be paid back for the phones I traded in. To my surprise after I traded three iPhones in for new devices I was told I’ll be getting $800 per phone trade in value, however was not informed that the $800 would be in credits for 36 months, had I known this I would’ve paid cash for all 3 phones and then sold the iPhones online. Then I never received a full credit on my bills even to this day. I setup my account in Aug of 23, almost January and still not getting full credits for the device trade in. I’ve contacted customer care where as they told me to deal directly with the point of sale store. So, after several attempts to call and deal with store support I went into the store in person a few weeks ago, the associate there told me the issue would be handled and I would get a call from him or Mauricio in a few days letting me know they fixed the mistakes. Those calls never came, and after sitting on long holds once again I never got an answer from the store, so I’m escalating this to BBB and if I could cancel and get my old phones back I would. Verizon may have good coverage but customer service is non existent.

To District manager & store owner! Your representative were lying to me to get the sales! They put protection plan on my account without my approval! U need to call me back to get this result asap or I will have Verizon corporate banned your store contract. I already called to give my info to call me back! I’m expecting a call back asap to get this resolve!

As a Canadian on a work visa in the US, I found it ridiculous for AT&T and T-Mobile to deny me service. They pointed out my SSN lacking credit history, I reasoned that I am not getting a phone, just a sim card. I showed my IDs, SSN, work ID, passport still did not let me. Then I went to Verizon and the were like, no credit history no problem since you are not getting a phone. Thanks Verizon.
