I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this location. I ordered a phone online at a different location. My phone number wasn’t transferring over to my new one. They were right on it to help. If I had to help anyone it would be Phillip and Willow. Phillip helped me the previous day and stayed late. I came in the next day and I was helped right away. Then Willow helped me when Phillip left for the day. I had amazing service and my problem was fixed. Verizon customer service couldn’t do anything for me but these workers worked hard to help me as much as they possibly could.

Went to the Verizon store at the mall to get a new phone. Willow provided excellent service and provided a personable experience. I had an old phone that took forever to update and transfer data to my new phone. Willow was very patient and was even able to assist other customers and continue multi tasking while not taking away from my customer service.

They don't carry chargers for their own products. Staff were unfamiliar with what chargers worked with what products

Incredible service by our Verizon salesperson who quite frankly knew more about our IPhone than the Apple Store we visited prior to Verizon. He was personable, patient and very courteous helping non-technical people solve our issues with our phone. He also presented a Verizon internet product that will save us $50 per month over our present fiber optic service. You are fortunate to have this person on your team!

My iPhone wasn’t working from a pending order and the esim was acting up. Damon fought tooth and nail on the phone for me. He helped me tremendously, and he’s goated with the sauce.

Stopped in real quick to see what services were available through Verizon for some military individuals that I know. While there I found out some interesting information and got to pass it along to them. Thank you to both workers working that day they let me plug my phone in and charge it for a while.... Plus I know the weather outside was crazy but you both made it in not to mention one individual was working on his day off ?...you know who you are keep up the good work!!!!!....Happy holidays everyone remember to pay it forward.

The young man who I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for some info and though I am sure he would have liked to make a sale he helped me with what info I needed made a few suggestions and didn't pressure me into a purchase. I really appreciated that.

Damon was very nice and helpful! There were 4 different groups of people all waiting to be helped and he managed to help us all pretty much simultaneously! I expected to have to wait a long time but he was super on top of it and got our transaction finished as soon as possible.
