Worst experience ever. 4 days in, over 10 hours combined, 80+ dollars in set up & go charges and not a single device was set up by them. Associate wanted me to drive downtown, pay parking, pick up my product, come back to store, pay set up & go fee & then take my phone home to plug in & set up myself. Galaxy watch never did work, tried to return and they said they were to busy to help me, took my numer & never called me. HORRIBLE store! If I could put zero stars I would.

Oh my goodness!!!! Benjamin Sharpe!!! Wow! He is so kind, caring, and professional... he greets everyone that comes in the store like family. He is so personable and supportive. He is a diamond. Upper management needs to see this young man in action...big things in his future!!!!

Our rep, Alex was an absolutely incredible and patient associate who operated the entire store and our few hour transactions 100% alone.His knowledge and professional stance was greatly appreciated and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Clean place. Alex and Ben were super helpful and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were all set with our new phones. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Even stayed late for us. Great customer service. Parking lot is a little crazy as they are right next to 2 restaurants and a hot yoga studio.

Was flat out lied to that the phone was free, only pay sales tax!! I asked her, (Jessica), 3 times about it being free and she said yes !! No other stipulations said or anything! Don't believe it! Showed up on our bill and no way to get out of it !Sad to take advantage of people that way by lying ! Yes, I know, buyer beware !

2pm on Saturday 10-1-22Walked in and there were two employees helping two customers.After standing there for over 15 minutes and neither employee had even acknowledged that I was there, I left.Wouldn't have minded waiting if they had just greeted me at some point or given me an estimate of how much longer before they could have helped me.

Purchased Fortress screen protector 8/23 for $55. I hesitated account the cost but sales rep said it had a lifetime guarantee when registered with Fortress. I applied the protector but did not receive the install template or instructions. I then attempted to register with Fortress but required a pin number from a card that was not in the package. I contacted Fortress who indicated I was sold a "uninsured version" of their product but could purchase replacements if needed with a copy of my receipt for $9. Today 9/25 I went back to the store where I purchased the product to inquire. I was told that sales for these types of items were final and no refund could be given. I stated I did not want a full refund just a partial refund account I had applied the protector but felt $55 was too much without the warranty. Non insured products are less than $20 online. The sales associate then called a manager who stated in no uncertain terms that sale was final and no refund would be given. I was trying to be courteous but she kept talking over me and would not allow me to explain the situation. I was not asking for a full refund only a partial refund. She became argumentative and I did too. She was not providing any customer service but arguing about the policies. This is one time I will not forget how customers are really treated. I will attempt to correct the issue by contacting higher management and if not successful will file a complaint with the Washington Attorney General's office.
