Ben was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and stays so positive. We had a long afternoon together because of update issues when trying to set up a new iPhone 15 Pro. He had several different options he suggested to make it work. He handled all the other customers like a champ. He is a dedicated employee and you are fortunate to have such a pleasant young man working for you. He is a keeper. Don’t let this one go!

I generally hate going to Verizon and I typically don’t have great experience with their customer support, but this location has friendly employees that make it an enjoyable experience. Victra Verizon in Spokane is the spot!

Worst experience ever. 4 days in, over 10 hours combined, 80+ dollars in set up & go charges and not a single device was set up by them. Associate wanted me to drive downtown, pay parking, pick up my product, come back to store, pay set up & go fee & then take my phone home to plug in & set up myself. Galaxy watch never did work, tried to return and they said they were to busy to help me, took my numer & never called me. HORRIBLE store! If I could put zero stars I would.

Oh my goodness!!!! Benjamin Sharpe!!! Wow! He is so kind, caring, and professional... he greets everyone that comes in the store like family. He is so personable and supportive. He is a diamond. Upper management needs to see this young man in action...big things in his future!!!!

Update : emailed Verizon and received an automated response on May 23 to allow up to 48 hours before someone will reach out. Think I've heard from anyone? Nope. Pretty on par with this garbage Verizon experience. I wouldn't even leave one star for Ben. Have his manager get ahold of me. Apparently she's busy on other projects until Thursday, today is Monday. There's no manager to speak with, he's supposedly unable to put me in contact with the managers manager. What a great representation of customer service, being told to wait three days or pay $$ for a replacement I shouldn't have to pay for, or I can go to a corporate Verizon store. Those were his solutions. Did I mention this is my fourth trip into the store in three weeks thanks to phone issues? So the solution is to wait three days and make another trip in, when I live out of town and lose an hour of my day in drive time alone. Ben needs a lesson in customer service. I'd never recommend him to anyone.
