My new phone was ordered to be shipped to me over a week ago. I got the confirmation email within a couple of hours saying it was shipped and gave me a Fed EX tracking number. It has been "Trapped" in Pennsylvania since the day after it was shown to be shipped. Verizon employees tell me that is between Fed EX and not their problem. Verizon picked the shipper and if there is a lost item claim THEY (Verizon) is supposed to make the claim. The whole crew at this location seem to want to take the "high road" and "that is what it is and don't bother me and go away as we are busy". My American Express card has PAID for the phone and now they really "don't care". I have been a customer of Verizon (for over 30 years) through being a customer of several companies that they have bought out. The coverage is great, but the support from at least this company location leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to other Verizon company stores and the personnel in the other stores seem to be willing and happy to take care of my needs and requests, but this is my "home location".

Employees are unhelpful will do anything just to get you out of the store, saying that they can't do anything and you must call the online number, do not listen to them! Went to another Verizon store and got some proper treatment. Leaving Verizon services after this.

I don't know a worse place in America. My family and I were deceived. Since we don’t know English, we communicated through an interpreter and asked 100 times what we were going to do and how much we were going to pay. As a result, it increased several times. the phones they were given worked with problems, changed phones. I will never do business with this company again.

My husband walked into the store so that he could try and get some help with the Bluetooth on his phone. The gal that worked there with dark hair which describes a lot came up to him asked him his name and then told him that she couldn't help him right now because she was in the middle of paying her Comcast bill. So then as people employees were coming out of the back into the front Jimmy John's comes in with a sandwich and so the employees come out and have to discuss who sandwich it is as my husband stands there and gets to completely ignored. Do not use this store there's only one employee there that seriously does help people but the rest are probably paying their Comcast billsAs a matter of fact I am so disappointed with this particular store especially after reading the reviews so many one star reviews what a surprise, not. You know Verizon's always had good coverage good phones but the store on regal seriously needs to be shut down bad reviews go back 3 years and it's still open? Please pick a different store if you need help because this one is totally useless

Clayton assisted me with replacing a Verizon TCL flip phone that malfunctioned after 10 months. It took a long time for him to contact and arrange a new phone with the manufacturer. He finally secured a replacement phone that will arrive next week. It was a long process, but he stuck with me and completed the replacement that I could not have achieved on my own because I had no phone! Thank you, Clayton, for your assistance!

Can’t even figure out how to dial *7678 to get a number transfer PIN, so they send their new customers to the previous carrier store to do something so simple it makes the Verizon rep look uneducated and is very unprofessional. The other carrier dialed the number and I entered my PIN and within 25 seconds I had the PIN and wasted an entire trip and my time for something that my previous carrier made me second guess the competency of this Verizon store without saying a thing about Verizon.

I wouldn't even leave one star for Ben. Have his manager get ahold of me. Apparently she's busy on other projects until Thursday, today is Monday. There's no manager to speak with, he's supposedly unable to put me in contact with the managers manager. What a great representation of customer service, being told to wait three days, or pay $$ for a replacement I shouldn't have to pay for, or I can go to a corporate Verizon store. Those were his solutions. Did I mention this is my fourth trip into the store in three weeks thanks to phone issues?By the way, Alex at the store is amazing. He came out of the restroom and swooped right in to solve the problem Ben refused to help me with.

Verizon has the best cell coverage in the Spokane and outlying areas, however customer service at this and other Verizon Corporate owned stores is horrible. You can't call into the store even though they provide a local number. From my experience they don't open on time, many employees seem arrogant and self serving. Do yourself a huge favor and skip the Verizon Corporate owned stores on Regal and Division and go to a Verizon Authorized Retailer. These are owned by smaller businesses that actually value your patronage rather than a huge company that expects it.

I gave my business card to the manager of this store to pass to the person that deals with business accounts. The manager called me up after I left and told me she wouldn't forward the card. I then started getting notifications she was accessing my account when I didn't give her the right to. Very unprofessional, won't be using this store ever again.

The employees at this store were great. Verizon however is the worst customer service of any carrier. Impossible to get answers to questions or solutions to problems. Phone representatives are unable or unwilling to provide answers or solutions so they expect the the robo assistant to help. The problem is it can't understand anything not in the canned answers making the wait time for live (not so helpful) assistance even longer. Verizon continues to add features to my account that I didn't want or ask for and never tell me about them. Frustrating to have to go through the sane goat rodeo over and over again trying to get those removed or canceled. Don't go Verizon. I'm going to give another provider a chance to show they want my business.

Lily the General Manager has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! She not only was extremely unprofessional to us but also her new employee who tried to help us. She basically pushed him out of the way and shut him down when he tried to assist us. She was very disrespectful to us and her new employee. I could tell the employee that work there were not happy to be around her. She was very rude and I wil not be back to shop at this location. This incident was a few weeks ago I'm late writing about it.
