Went to seek help on activating new phone. Less than warm greeting. No eye contact, sales person seemed annoyed and asked for a 40. Service charge. Very unfriendly. Would not recommend this business. I will shop elsewhere.

I was in this store yesterday for about an hour and a half and heard the same Christmas songs playing over and over again. The customer service and everything else was wonderful but that music....man I feel bad for the employees.

I wish I could leave a zero or negative rating. This store is a third party Verizon dealer so if you have issues you HAVE TO deal with them! Avoid Joshua Curren, he's clueless and a liar. Wasted 2.5 hours trying to upgrade my phones, we were in town to drop my child off to college and wanted to upgrade their phone. Not how I wanted to spend my last hours with my child, finally got frustrated and told him to cancel my upgrade because my family was hungry. He tried to scare me saying my wife's phone won't work for hours then said it may not for for several days and I should just complete the purchase. I refused and he then tried to guilty trip me saying it's gonna take him couple hours to cancel my order. I get back home and try to upgrade the remaining phones on my plan and I can't because he NEVER canceled the order. Because they are a "third party" Verizon can't cancel it either, it has to be THAT store. 611, customer service spends 40 minutes trying to call the store BUT they can't get a hold of anyone because when I was in the store I notice the phone handset is OFF THE PHONE so no incoming calls can be made!!!! Day 2, 611, customer service still can't get through (not surprising). After over an hour they were finally able to get ahold of someone from the store. I was told their assistant manager would call me. Kyle calls me and tells me I need to come in person to cancel the order. I flew several thousand miles, that wasn't an option. As an option he said I could go to a local Victra store and they could fix it. Google maps take me to the closest store but mashes no mention is permanently closed! Second store Royson helps me. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and competent. Kept me informed of everything he was doing, said my original purchase was location locked and had never seen that before. Got my issue cleared in 30 min and as thank you, order my phone through him so he could get the commission. Thank you Royson!

Ordered an in store pickup and couldn't get it all day due their computers being down. Was not notified of this at all so only had an hour to call customer service and see if I could get it switched to a new store. I couldn't so I let them know I'd be back first thing in the morning to pick it up since that's the only time I have. I'm here 17mins after they are supposed to be opened and the doors are locked and no one is inside. If I miss this order I'll have to wait a whole week to order it again. Extremely ridiculous and the worse experience I've ever had with Verizon.

I broke my phone the afternoon before a multi day work trip. After visiting the Deer Park Verizon store and not getting any acknowledgement from the staff member there, then going to Best Buy and finding out their ONLY staff member for mobile phones was out for the day, I happened on the North Newport Highway Verizon. The only staff member there was helping another customer but acknowledged my presence when I came in. Jaeger very patiently helped the other customer and while waiting on hold started helping me. I was in and out in under 2 hours with a new phone and case! Thanks Jaeger!TL:DR Need a new phone? Go see Jaeger at Newport Highway Verizon!?
