Ordered an in store pickup and couldn't get it all day due their computers being down. Was not notified of this at all so only had an hour to call customer service and see if I could get it switched to a new store. I couldn't so I let them know I'd be back first thing in the morning to pick it up since that's the only time I have. I'm here 17mins after they are supposed to be opened and the doors are locked and no one is inside. If I miss this order I'll have to wait a whole week to order it again. Extremely ridiculous and the worse experience I've ever had with Verizon.

I broke my phone the afternoon before a multi day work trip. After visiting the Deer Park Verizon store and not getting any acknowledgement from the staff member there, then going to Best Buy and finding out their ONLY staff member for mobile phones was out for the day, I happened on the North Newport Highway Verizon. The only staff member there was helping another customer but acknowledged my presence when I came in. Jaeger very patiently helped the other customer and while waiting on hold started helping me. I was in and out in under 2 hours with a new phone and case! Thanks Jaeger!TL:DR Need a new phone? Go see Jaeger at Newport Highway Verizon!?

Tyrone Larson works at the Newport location in Spokane,WA. After contacting 3 other locations he helped me with a huge problem that no one else would. He is knowledgeable, courteous and fast. I just called them at this specific store and they directed me to another location.I am really upset to them because we agreed that I m supposed to pay 81$ a month except that for the first month of payment gonna be higher because of activation and other services they did which is understood. But they only let me pay 81$ the next month then the rest is 91$(10$) more.Please I’m telling you to please avoid this company. Plus after you made an agreement with them is they don’t know what’s the next thing to do when you ask them questions and will sure keep avoiding to answer your call.

Seem like every 4th time I go here to pay a bill the new kid has no clue how to do anything and they are so ignorant and rude. Makes me sad because they have a few really nice and knowledgeable people in there seem like they should work on standardizing training.

Poor customer service. One store sent me to another store and had to talk to 2 managers to get my issue resolved. They need better training in how to deal with issues.

Bought 2 phones. Service was quick and efficient. Only concern is that it was not disclosed that unlike most stores, this chain charges a setup fee of $19.99 per phone. I do not object to the fee, but rather the fact that it was never disclosed. I only discovered it upon analyzing the bill after leaving the store. Also, the "free" screen cleaner thrown in is actually included in the set up fee. Full disclosure would be a sign of excellent customer service, instead of good customer service.

I first went to a corporate Verizon, not only were they too busy but the manager was rude. So I left minutes after walking in and went straight to this store. I was welcomed warmly and not once treated like a lesser being. I was helped quickly and had all of my questions answered. Also want to do a call out, the manager Shawna was very kind and communicative, Gabby and Percy were also really helpful and I left their store with two new lines and some pretty awesome phones. I will go back!
