I was promised a bill that differed from what I received. It keeps going up every month. No overages, but when I check my bill on the Verizon app it always says I have a payment agreement.. weird. I ask the representative why? They say that they see it.. but there is no agreement lol.

I came in to discuss hot spot devices and to compare hotspot plans if they could be added to my phone. As soon as I came in a tall and large man working inside was very disingenuous and short with me. He immediately told me I needed the most expensive plan without asking what my needs were.I went to a different Verizon over in Idaho with much kinder employees and found out I only needed a $10 upgrade to my current plan, and not a $130 + $60/mo contract that this store tried to tell me I needed.Shady. Go to a different Verizon location!

Bought a hot-spot here due to not being able to get internet at my apartment upon moving in. Bought the hot spot, but it was not fast enough for the work I do. They told me I could return it within 1 month if need be, so three weeks later I found an internet provider who actually showed up and returned the hot-spot device. They then charged me a $50.00 restocking fee (which was not mentioned before) which I was fine with. Fast-forward 2 weeks later, and come to find out even though I took the hot spot back...... THEY (Verizon) WERE STILL BILLING ME FOR THE SERVICE ON IT!!!! I will not use this store again and would advise anyone who does to PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR VERZON BILL after they visit the store. (this probably goes for visiting any Verizon store, but this is the first time Verizon had screwed me in over 10 years and multiple trips to the store at 9412 N Newport Hwy which was always great , so I have to call them out......)

Upon arriving as a walk-in within 15 seconds simultaneously a gentleman named Alex spoke and said, "I will be right with you" as he was helping another customer. In under 3 minutes Alex finished with the one customer and introduced himself and asked what may I help you with today! We reviewed my issue and immediately Alex began scrolling through my phone as if he was doing a diagnostics check. Within a short amount of time my issue resolved. Great job and kiddos to you Alex. Then I noticed the display on heating earbuds and Alex walked me through how to do a hearing test. Upon completing that test he came to help me get the results emailed to me. Then I asked about how much they cost because I am a USAF Veteran. Alex and his two other team members got online and we went through the process of getting a financial offer. I'm currently trying to get some financial assistance with my bank to compare both "offers" before finalizing my decision. FIVE STARS EASILY Is well deserved.

Alex helped me understand what the Verizon store in Cheney did not. Jay ordered my new phone for me and transferred all of my info and had me on my way with my new phone so quickly! Incredible service

Alex was impressive as he attended to our list of questions, paid attention to details, made sure we didn't pay for anything we didn't need, and found us the best deal for what we did need. He is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares. So thankful Alex was on shift when we visited the store!!

The worker I had (Alex) was super nice and really helpful, he helped us get better deals and did it in a timely manner will being funny as well. Even while working with us he was helping other coworkers and costumers, (He should get a raise!)

Willow and the Store manager (I'm sorry Iforgot his name) at this location were both great ! Super helpful and made the processof getting a new phone smooth! I actually enjoyed being at this store.
