Jullian and Steven and the rest of the staff were awesome. They were extremely busy, and they stayed very professional, courteous, and fun. They worked out a great deal for us, and literally kept our business with Verizon. Will definitely be going back here for anything I need.

The salesman named Bear was outstanding in every way. If you are looking for a new smart phone, smart watch, or Verizon service, take the drive to this location and ask for Bear. He’ll get you squared away and ensure you leave better educated and equipped, than when you arrive. He took his time to walk my wife Li and I through our purchases, getting is a better deal than expected, helped us with set-up/transfer, and even helped us find things in our billing that we didn’t need that saved us money. No pressure, no up-selling, but simply educated us on the pros/cons of the options so we could make informed decisions. While we were there he also demonstrated his ability to multi-task through all the customers without anyone feeling ignored. He showed great patience and empathy when confronted by angry and impatient customers who loudly vented on him about issues that were not his fault, or even Verizon’s. His friendly and helpful demeanor lowered their temperature and had them leaving quieter and happier than they arrived.

Could have more in terms of phone accessory options, but best service we have had at a Verizon store to date.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a poor review based solely on customer service, but the blond lady who was there was so incredibly rude and unhelpful, I left and didn’t pick up my iPhone I’d ordered. It’s unfortunate because there was a really sweet and helpful dark haired girl there the week before. I literally won’t go back and get my phone there now because of the blond lady (wish I’d caught her name). Called Verizon right away and they explained if you order your upgrade through Verizon online instead of through the store, you can wirelessly transfer your data from old to new phone yourself, instead of having to “back it up” first by spending more money increasing cloud space. How are you supposed to back up a 512 GB phone to 5 GB cloud space? You buy more space. Or go to Apple where they actually help you do it wirelessly.

Katie was awesome, helping me with a phone I bought elsewhere, but got me my sim and all the other accessories I needed . And then transferring all my data from my old, slow phone. Everything I dreaded handling myself!

Steven and Bear the Associates, were very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to switch my phone and keep all my notes, calendar and photos along with paring my new phone to my car.

The Manager of this store was incredible. Even though she was the only employee in the store she made sure that everyone was acknowledged and made sure that we were assisted in the order in which we arrived. She even called another store to get another employee. I have never received this kind of service from Verizon in 15 years. Kudos to her.
