I received an offer to upgrade my phone and chose this location because it’s close to my house. Lucky me it was staffed by a great associate named Nate G! They took great care of my upgrade and recommended a new plan that saved me a few bucks! Thanks Nate!

Went in dreading the thought of getting a new phone and changing over carriers because of previous phone retail experiences, but Nathan was so helpful and amazing! Had a great experience, and he was so engaging and on top of things. Best phone retail experience I’ve had.

I came in looking to see if I could get a tablet, left with 5 devices for a bargain! Jakob looked at our account and noticed we were eligible for free upgrades! He was the nicest most wholesome person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed, with a smile on his face. After some inventory issues, Aliyah went above and beyond to make sure we left satisfied and with everything we needed. She was sweet, thorough, and attentive. What started as a frustrating experience (with other reps) became a very positive one, and we are grateful to have everything resolved so quickly. We will definitely come back to this store to work with Aliyah in future products needs.

Do not go to this location for your cell phone needs, I went to this location in November 2021. I went to get an ipad and an iphone 12 with the promotion they had running for a trade in. They told me the trade in value with the promotion would be 700 dollars. In January 2022 I went back in when I noticed that I was being charged and was not given the promotion. Nate T. the sales rep there, told me then that he would email corporate and fix the issue for me. In march 2022 I went back to confirm the issue had been fixed and Nate told me that the promotion had been apply, unfortunately for me, Nate lied and the promotion had not been fixed. I realized recently the promotion had not been fixed and Nate told me they emailed him back in May 2022 and denied the promotion. This is regardless of me still having the paper I signed originally for the promotion. Nate then had me call customer service who said they could not give me the promotion from back then and that the money I had paid every month for the last 8 months was gone. I am severely irritated by the dishonesty that this store has shown and the need to be fraudulent about their promotions. Verizon has been terrible with this along with this stores complete lack of veracity. It has been made worse by their inability to make up for a mistake they so blatantly caused.

5star service, 3star atmosphere. Store needs snacks and beverages, maybe a waiting area for customers with a comfortable couch or chairs, & a screen with a movie playing. I did however enjoy the throwback music that was on. :)
