I think the workers are stuck up and rude. I went there to try some lingerie on for my anniversary and as I was in the fitting room, the lady comes to my door with a security guard and ask for there merchandise back and told me I had to leave. Completely out of the blue. I spend a lot of money there and I'll never go there again. I asked her why I had to leave and she said I'm not going to tell you I'm just going to walk you to the door. I still can't believe it.

Good selection for thin people, not so much at the thicker end. Decent panty selection and good looking bras, but definitely still need larger cup sizes. Layout and atmosphere is a bit cramped, but premium. Wife is a black card holder, so we definitely shop here often. For bras though on bbw, go to Lane Bryant.

Matty P. Helped me on the floor today. It was the best experience ever. I normally don't go out much, but even with how nervous I was she took great care of me! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She not only measured me but when I had an issue with the first bra I tried on she helped out so much and made me feel much better about the fit and feel. I don’t remember the last time I came to a Victoria’s Secret but this location by far has been the best experience I’ve had. The ladies who work here ante extremely professional and I felt confident with their feedback. I absolutely love what’s in stock right now and would totally buy it all if I could. Overall it was a truly great experience and I really appreciated the employees who helped me.

I've been coming to this store for over a decade....possibly 2 decades or more. I had a couple issues....I bought a bra recently and had been sized incorrectly. Upon returning it, I ran into a few different issues. They were not very nice even though I had my receipt...the tag wasn't on it but since the lady sized me....I thought it would be correct. In the end I was able to get the same style bra in the same color I had wanted so I was very thankful for that. Overall I would say they should focus on not treating everyone that walks through the door like a thief and closing the dressing rooms an hour before the store closes really doesn't help anyone. It just causes more issues when the employee sizes you incorrectly.

Usually we get three ladies asking how they can help, but in this store, NOTHING. Two ladies stayed by the podium and just chatted away.... Service was shameful......no more north side.

I have shopped at VS for years and used to love their merchandise and would shop there primarily for my bras and sleepwear, but the last couple of years I have noticed the quality has gone downhill to the point that I am considering looking elsewhere to shop. I am really hoping that it improves but it doesn’t look to be the case since there has been a steady decline in their overall quality/wear as well as the styles (esp PINK items)

It was my first time setting foot into a Victoria's Secret and I was not disappointed. I wish I got the name of the lady that helped me, cause she was the sweetest person ever. She helped me every step of the way and made sure I wasn't just wandering around getting what I thought would fit. She made sure everything fit nicely and that I was comfortable. If I could give a ten it would be ten out of ten.

The staff there is always so freindly and helpful im a bigger gal and I didn't feel judged at all except by the tiny cashier. When I needed to order a bigger since since I'm a 40ddd she seemed annoyed. But the sales floor lady's wear so helpful to find my normal bras and find a new one that I might like
