I had a great experience from start to finish at this location. The eye dr was very personable and professional and made sure to listen to what I needed out of my new pair of glasses. I also worked with Sean to pick out my frames and he was very helpful in getting my frames chosen and finishing the order process. I highly recommend coming here for new glasses/contacts.

The staff here was great and super friendly! Dr. Mulder was very personable and easy to work with, and Jamie was super cool and very helpful at finding me the right pair of glasses. I was in and out in no time at all, and was very pleased with the whole experience.

My experience here was amazing! Dr. Mulder was awesome and did a great job of answering questions I had about dry eyes. He even gave me an info sheet on how to help with the condition. When it was time to pick out frames and lenses, Erin was THE BEST! She did a great job of breaking down the prices based on my insurance and was patient with me as I tried on and re-tried on frame after frame. I highly recommend Visionworks at Northtown Mall!

Had my first eye exam in a long time. Dr. Mulder was excellent.Sean was awesome as well. Explained the products and insurance options and discounts in a very easy to understand way. Would highly recommend the team here at northtown visionworks.

Went in looking for a new pair of glasses. I was greeted immediately! Jamie was so nice to help me pick a good pair of frames. She explained my insurance benefits and was so down to earth and nice! Thank you Jamie for taking the time to help me this afternoon!

The date of the visit was 01/16/2023. I decided to head to Visionworks because the Eye Care Team Clinic had limited selections of frames, and my teenager did not like any of the samples they did offer. I was also overdue for a diabetic eye exam, and the clinic inside the store of Visionworks was more than happy to take me in as a walk-in. I was glad I could get in sooner because Spokane Eye Clinic had scheduled me out for April and the Eye Care Team wanted me to make two scheduled appointments for the exam, and none of them could be done that day. Once I entered the store, I was happy to see their shelves filled with a variety of frames that we could try on. My teenager was able to select a frame that he felt confident and comfortable in. Sean, the associate who helped us, was very thorough and friendly. He was so great about the process and providing excellent customer service that I decided to purchase frames myself. Sean also went above and beyond and put me on the schedule for a 1500 appointment for my exam next door before it got snatched up. Both my teenager and I were impressed by the service, professionalism, efficiency, and communication of everyone we interacted with. Oh, and Sean helped us save some money with all three frames. For all three frames, I spent only $647.92 after insurance. Put in mind I was not yet eligible for new frames or lenses due to the fact I had just got one set of glasses back in September 2022. However, my experience made me more than happy to spend extra money here. I am looking forward to coming back here to get more glasses. Thank you, Sean & Dr. Daniel Mulder, for the fantastic service!

I never meet a more friendly group of people!! The optometrist was very friendly and had a great personality to go with a very knowledgeable skill set! The ladies up front ( Erin & Talia ) were also very helpful and also very friendly! I had a great experience and feel like I got a great value. I would highly suggest going to visionworks in the north town mall for all your vision needs.

This was my first time getting an eye exam. I am a teacher and noticed I was struggling with reading posters on the opposite side of my room. The exam was smooth and informative. Sean made picking out my glasses fun and was patient with me because I was picky about the style, this being my first pair of glasses. He also helped me get the best deal!

I had the best experience going here for my eye exam and glasses!!! The exam was so quick & easy. The Dr was great! And this was the first time I have ever had actual help picking out glasses! Sean was super helpful and made picking out new frames fun & exciting instead of overwhelming & dreadful. I just picked up my glasses today and couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. I will defiantly be back! I will for sure be suggesting Visionworks to my friends & coworkers.

The staff was super friendly upon arrival and the appointment went super well. During my exam I was listened to on what I wanted for possibly buying. Currently trailing a set and I think I’ll end up getting some. After the exam was over I had no idea what I wanted for glasses and got help from Sean and he made it really fun to look for new glasses and I ended up with two pairs by the time I was done looking. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for getting glasses.

Sean was incredibly helpful when purchasing a pair of glasses and sunglasses. Went out of his way to suggest frames he thought would work for me and encouraged me to step out of my usual style and into something new. Great experience!

The team was very welcoming and accommodating. I didn't have much time, due to my own scheduling error, to get my eye exam and pick out glasses. But both the optometrist, and Erin at Visionworks got me in and out in a timely manner and I have 2 pairs of glasses on their way. Thank you guys!

Avoid Dr. Mulder. He apparently is so secure in his contract with Insurance providers that he doesn't feel the need to treat his customers like human beings. Being ten minutes late to an appointment due to unavoidable traffic and a considerate call ahead of time to let him know was rewarded with a prohibitive fee sprung on me after I arrived for my rescheduled appointment weeks later. The dishonest crook wasn't even willing to discuss the issue face to face.

Great customer service. Sean found us the best deals to save money. Took his time to talk to us and help us find the right glasses. He was very promote and overall experience was wonderful. Will go there again for all our vision needs.
