I would actually rate them at 0% if given the choice. This Walgreens never answers its phone. I have spent a minimum of 10 to 45 minutes placed on hold, and many, many times being bumped off (disconnected) and have to start all over again. It's infuriating! If I was taking BP pills, my BP would be off the charts by the time I was done. Certain drugs that I routinely order are out of stock or I'm given a partial prescription, which means 2 trips to the pharmacy to get one drug. I'm in search of a new pharmacy, perhaps one that is privately owned where the customer is treated with respect and most all transactions go smoothly.

Have used them for years and felt they were my great neighborhood pharmacy recently however noticed that they do not feel the need to sufficiently communicate and have staff who are rude sad decline -

I wanted this to be our main pharmacy bc of the drive thru window, but it's not worth that convenience. I wasn't getting any updates for my daughter's medication (which she desperately needed), and I tried calling all day long, only to be met with long holds and automated options, no actual person to talk to ever. Then I found that Walgreens will not be selling the abortion pill in several states where abortion is still legal. Keeping my business prescriptions at Rite Aid & Sixth Avenue Pharmacy from here on out.

This Walgreens pharmacy sucks. Every time I go through the drive through they take a million years, and when I go inside, you can tell they are completely lazy. Joking around and being immature when they had just told me to wait, instead of just getting my prescription. Don’t go here.

Waited on hold for 32m+46s, then rang for 2m+5s, then it hung up on me. Since I’d had the prescription called into this pharmacy, I called again, with the same result: waited on hold, waited while the phone rang and rang, then it hung up on me. This was my first prescription for this pharmacy. I’ll find another one.

I have called your location twice today and have been put on hold for 30 minutes each time, only to be hung-up on both times. Your automated re-fill is a joke. You’re suppose to help me lower my blood pressure - not raise it. Two thumbs down ? ?

if you can get your prescription filled somewhere else, I strongly suggest doing so. the staff is rude and unreliable, and the wait times are senselessly long.

Scheduled a rapid COVID test online for Tuesday. Arrived and took my test, never received results or a call. Scheduled another test Wednesday. Received an appointment confirmation. Arrived and was told their system was down, they couldn't test me, and to call NW Blvd Walgreens to get tested there. Call NW Blvd Walgreens, on hold for 30min, and they tell me that they can perform a test for a different location, and Grand Walgreens should have called them first.\\n\\nZero communication and no respect for customers' time.

You will literally wait on the phone for a minimum of 15mins. I have called multiple times and each time I have hung up because I have waited 30mins. Today I waited all the way until I was first in line, it rang then went to music, rang then went to music about 3 times before somebody answered and told me they were all gone because of a meal break. I called at 1pm, the website says they take there meal break at 1:30! The guy literally just hung up on me. Very poor service. Do better Walgreens!

Never had a bad experience here over the last 3 years we've been exclusively using this location. Yes, do you have to wait a few minutes sometimes? Of course, but given the shortage of medical personnel EVERYWHERE, I think they're doing the best they can.

Pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. Have literally spent hours on hold over the course of two years. Every single time, after listening to the recorded message, the call is terminated after 30 to 45 minutes! Time for another pharmacy.

Scheduled a rapid covid test, estimated result time was within 2 hours per the site. Got my results about 16 hours later, not quite rapid in my opinion. They fudged the collection time on my documents to be within the 2 hours, but a complete waste of time. CVS is a better option for a much more rapid (as in under 1 hour) result time.
