Ripped me off! I made an order for pickup on their app. It said that I wouldn't be charged until I picked up the order. However, I immediately received a text from my credit card saying it was charged. I never received any kind of receipt from Walgreen's, but I went in to pick up the order anyway since I had been changed for it. They knew nothing about the order. When I looked for it on the app, the app refreshed, my confirmation was gone, and it didn't show up. All the guy at the counter said I don't know what to tell you. I never saw anything like that before, with an attitude like I was making it up. I showed him the text from my credit card with the amount and store number on it and he said, "Yeah but that doesn't even say what you bought. I can't help you."

I had an amazing experience with the pharmacy tech, Joel. I had to wait on hold for quite a long time and was unable to get ahold of someone to find out about my prescription refill. When I got to the store and explained this to him he prepared my refill in just a few minutes instead of making me wait 45mins-1 hour, which I assume is the standard wait time. I appreciated him working with me and showing me some kindness today!

My doctor sent my prescription here a week ago and I was notified it was delayed due to being out of stock. I called them today to check on it and it wasn't ordered yet. Not only that, but the person who answered the phone explained that it can take a while to get this one in. I understand that which is why it is particularly frustrating that the order wasn't placed when the prescription was sent in by my doctor.

I wouldn't normally take time to post something negative but BEWARE of this place unless you have unlimited time and do not require life saving medication. My doctor calls in a prescription that I can't miss (even a dose) without major problems - but instead of telling me (or my doctor) that it's out of stock, they say it is an insurance issue, then say it's out of stock. Three strikes. Yes, this has happened THREE times. They blame their new ordering system instead of being honest and putting the patient over profit and suggesting a different pharmacy. I'm still getting to the bottom of the policy in order to help others - and working with a journalist who is writing an article about medication, addiction, prejudice, policy and profit. Please avoid Walgreens if possible.

I was sick with a severe cold and had been COVID-19 tested but my results were not showing up. I had a rapid COVID test done here and the results were in the same day!!!

Got over charged by $50.00 on Christmas. Store manager then informed me he could only repay me with a store credit card that would only buy select merchandise. I paid with cash I should've been reimbursed with cash, I had a receipt and it was their mistake overcharging me to begin with. Best part of the whole experience was when I went to use this store credit on "approved" merchandise.... it had a zero balance. They still have not resolved issue.

For weeks I have had trouble getting Mom a flu shot. When we call they were always out. Today, despite being severely understaffed Wendi B. at the Empire Ave Walgreens went above and beyond to get my eighty-one-year-old mother the much needed shot. She is our hero and we are very grateful!

All the staff masked up except for the manager? He wore his mask well below the nose perhaps as a statement of which news channel he watches? Won't go back there again.
