Ordered a prescription days ago and did not bother to tell me that they 1. No longer carry the prescription 2. That they no longer accept my insurance 3. That they need to confirm with my doctor that he meant what he sent (????) Do yourselves a favor - don't let them blindside you with their incompetence and go to a different pharmacy.

Easily the most lazy and incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. Literally took my money for photo prints, did not provide the prints, and issued no refund because it “wasn’t in their system”. They offered no solution and then ignored me.

This is the first negative review I've ever left. Their pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous! They don't fill prescriptions in a reasonable amount of time. They will not answer the phone either. I am now on day 5 waiting for them to fill a prescription. I will not be using them again.

Made an appointment for vaccines. They sent me a confirmation text message. Several hours later when I arrive they said they were not going to do any shots that entire day because they are "too busy." Why they don't stop making appointments is beyond me. Completely unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not go to this location.

If possible, I would give this pharmacy a 0%. This pharmacy never answers its phone. I've been on hold between 10 minutes and 45 minutes...mostly the latter. Then I repeatedly get disconnected and have to start all over again as the recording says "There are more than 3 callers ahead of you." On many an occasion, I've had partial refills, where I must return to pick up one prescription on two different trips. Many times they are just "out" of my Rx and I have to go without till they perhaps might get it into their inventory. This leaves the doctors who prescribe in a very precarious position. I'm in the process of searching for a pharmacy that isn't so short-staffed and where I'm treated with respect and dignity. Someplace where the customer comes first, and that is probably privately owned.

Update: Just spent 1h25m on hold before I hung up. The automated voice said there were "2 callers ahead of me in line" when I started. They never answered. My wife drove to check the store after 45m. She's on her way home with the prescription, and I was still on hold. Apparently, don't bother calling. As I said below, they don't care. Go anywhere else.Original review:Year after year, consistently the worst experience, and the "convenience" of it being closest to home isn't convenient when you wait an hour on hold then 45 min in line.You're not important, their workers make sure you know it, and the manager is only good at making excuses for why their staff is terrible. Go to Safeway. You'll thank yourself.

Definitely a poor experience for my daughter and I. The pharmacy staff need a lesson on customer service and how to problem solve appropriately when things don't go as planned. We were just left there for an hour to sit and wait for a flu shot we never received while they took people that came after us in front of us.

I use this store for prescriptions because it is across the street. Otherwise, I would not. I always have to wait for my “ready for pickup” prescription because they either can’t find it or are too busy helping others. Today, I waited 10 minutes before someone even came up to the drive-thru window. Combine this with the absurd prices on the things you need (unless you want to buy 1 get 1 50% off), items constantly out of stock, and their refrigerators NEVER work. So not too many reasons to actually come here.

Walgreens on 29th and Grand has the worst customer service. There are never enough checkers and it takes forever to get help. The store managers are extremely un professional and rude.

Avoid this dumpster fire if at all possible.never in my life has one of my prescriptions ever “accidentally “‘been deleted until ms Jennifer got her barely concourse half lucid stubby little fingers on it. So if your health is important to you and you don’t feel like possibly getting yourself killed through gross negligence then be sure to drive right by this crack shack of a pharmacy. * everyone else seems really nice and does a great job and the place would be great if that milkbag waist of life would go away.
