I don't know what is going on anymore, but they are anything but your neighborhood pharmacy. Seems like the only thing they care about is giving vaccines and flu shots. Their pharmacy is abysmal, they are unfriendly, they are arrogant, and they forget you are the customer. We recently moved out to Colbert and my wife had her pain medication switched from Pines and Sprague (which is another customer service nightmare as well). They told her they would have the medication filled soonest, then said they didn't have the medication available, and wouldn't have it until after the weekend. It was the biggest runaround you have ever seen. Ultimately we had her pain management doctor reassign it to another pharmacy. Very disappointing to see what Walgreens has become. Ever since the plandemic, it's more about vaccinations and flu shots--they must get a grip of money for this stuff because they are horrid everywhere else. I'd would take my business elsewhere. We as people have to start boycotting organizations who just do whatever the hell they want to do and treat us like a bunch of Judas's when we are the paying customer. Sad state of affairs--I would seek out another alternative to pharmacy services if I were you, WALGREENS IS HORRIBLE!

After calling to get a medication transferred here and making it clear this is town sensitive for a procedure tomorrow. I come in at the time they say it will be done and was told they requested it only 15 minutes ago. And now I get to wait 25 minutes with all my kids running around so not fun times. The man who took my call was the one helping me and the other man said that it wasn't listed as ASAP. No apologies or anything. Customer service could definitely be improved.

I can honestly say I’ve never had problems at any pharmacy as I’ve had with the Walgreens at this location. Almost every other month when it’s time to refill my prescription, the technician tells me my prescription is not in their system. I’ve been through this more times than I can count. I have to call my doctor’s office and they have to call the pharmacy to straighten it out. Then it turns out my prescription was in the system the whole time but for some reason the pharmacy tech doesn’t see it. Even my doctor’s office tells me they have problems with this pharmacy, so that says a lot. This is either a system issue, a training issue, a management issue, or all of the above. I’ve never dealt with this level of incompetence anywhere. I may just transfer to another pharmacy altogether. This is ridiculous.

Wrong hours listed for this location. Really needed my prescription and still had to wait until the next. Thought it was consistent hours, or at least accurate.

People need to stop complaining about the parmacy on this page. There is the page for the front part of the store. There is a separate google maps entry for the pharmacy. Speaking of which the front end Customer service here is amazing. People are always friendly and willing to help!

Not impressed with this pharmacy.A prescription for our grandchild was called in at 9:45.We did other stuff for 30 minutes thinking that would give them time to fill. It was a simple antibiotic.I get there and told it will be a half hour before it’s ready.I go back 30 minutes later and it’s still not ready.I asked if they wait until the person shows up to fill. I was told no they are just busy. She said the pharmacist was working on it. I asked what that meant and was told he was working on it….It was ready a few minutes later thankfullyThey also had our grandchild’s name backwards in their system with her last name as her first…,

Pharmacy has really go down hill...Been using this location for 1.5 years & it has drastically changed for the worst the past few months. I'm not sure what the issue is whether it's staffing, incompetency, management, not having updated systems, etc. but Walgreens pharmacy oversight department needs to do an audit of this pharmacy to figure it out for better service to be provided to customers. Waiting 2 days for a prescription to Just Be Entered into the system is unacceptable! Having to wait 2 days to have it filled, even after calling to have it put in line & being told it will be filled in 2 hours & it still not being ready when you get there The Following Day to pick up is even more ridiculous! This goes on again & again each time meds are sent in. Wait times are 30-40 minutes when you call in if you get through. It's been quicker lately for me to drive to the pharmacy to ask them to put my prescription in line!! Not even to pick up, I have to drive back a couple hours later for that. & I have to call each time prescriptions are sent in for me & my family members or they will sit for days & not be entered or filled...it's exhausting.Your in for a ride if you need prior Auths for meds...cause that takes more time & attention.I don't understand why they are having such a hard time at this pharmacy because at a different mainstream pharmacy I get a certain other prescription at I rarely have a hold time, they have my prescription ready in 30-45 minutes, never a long wait to pick up, prescriptions are entered as soon as they receive...like it all should be. So it's not like all pharmacies in the area are swamped & struggling. Needs better management, more/better trained staff or something. Get it together Walgreens!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this Walgreens Pharmacy, and I must say that it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of inefficiency, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed. The pharmacy's phone system is incredibly frustrating. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable. The behavior exhibited by the pharmacy technicians was utterly disrespectful. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and displayed a snippy attitude that only exacerbated an already frustrating situation. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unbecoming of any reputable establishment. It took an astonishing 11 days for my medication to be approved. Such an extensive waiting period for a necessary medication is not only distressing but can also have serious health implications. Walgreens Pharmacy's lack of urgency and promptness in managing the approval process is unacceptable and inconsiderate towards their patients. To add insult to injury, after enduring the arduous approval process, I was informed that my prescribed medication was out of stock. The fact that they did not anticipate the need to restock a commonly prescribed medication is deeply disappointing. Now, I am forced to endure an additional wait time of 1-4 days, which further exacerbates my health concerns. I strongly advise anyone in need of reliable and efficient pharmacy services to look elsewhere for their healthcare need.

Very unsatisfied with this pharmacy. Had a prescription transferred to this location and first of all they had one person working the window, there were many customers waiting. The guy that was working the register was rude to many people and then could not figure out my insurance. He provided zero help and I immediately called my insurance. The insurance tried to call this location all day and they never were able to speak to a person. I transfer the prescription to Rite-Aid and it was filled in two hours.

The pharmacy is a mess. Had to go back three times to fill a prescription. Stupid staff. Don’t waste your time.

Been using this location for years and they are in a spiral it seems. More often than not, I get a text telling me that my prescription is ready, only to show up and be told it'll be 20-30 minutes because they are 300 orders behind. Then don't send a notification that it's ready, very simple! Today I was in line behind 6 people and at least 4-5 of them all had the same thing happen and were not happy. Finally changing to a different chain.

Been waiting an hour for flu shot. Only one other person here. Very poorly ran place. Had to walk out as no one even let's you know what's taking so long. I'll never step foot in Walgreens again...Beware!!

DO NOT SCHEDULE SHOTS AT WALGREENS. Once I was there I learned that it is Walgreens corporate policy to triple-book shots. I showed up at appointment time with six people in front of me for shots. I left a half hour later with six people in front of me for shots. Other locations may take longer to book, but at other pharmacies, an appointment is an appointment, not a start time for waiting.

Please block out at least an hour or more if you make a vaccine/fu appointment. They are never on time and I've waiting well over an hour past my scheduled time just to get my shots. And this has happened more then once.
