Horrible customer service. The staff doesn't care, doesn't pay attention to past meds and when they were filled. When I called to talk to them they hung up on me twice.

I didn't have my updated insurance card so the gal at the front called and got the updated information and then gave me a sticky note with my updated information! She was so sweet, I have had my prescriptions filled at multiple pharmacies before but I always come back to this one because I consistently have positive experiences here.

Was told my RX would be ready in 30 minI go shopping & come back after 1.25 hours & oh we don't have anything in the system for you she digs in a bin pulls out my script puts it in the computer then says it'll be another 25 min cuz they got behind.Had I known there was a chance it would take anywhere near this long I would not have filled and would have gone elsewhere since I had a dinner to be too at my grandparents which I have now missedI was obviously upset and you would think they would have at least given an apology but they decided to tell me to have a better day After making me wait an hour and 20 minutes longer than they initially said it would take

We usually use the drive thru because it's supposed to be more convenient. The downside is you can't tell exactly who you're talking to. The staff can be rude at times. My insurance is not well known, so they have to call to confirm and usually they don't want to. I have to remind them of this every time. Also, the posted hours as of today show them closing at 9Pm. I arrived at 730 and the lane was open, so I pushed the call button twice and called on the phone with no response. I understand closing early, but jeez at least post it or let customers know somehow.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This pharmacy is a nightmare. After recently switching systems they now require pre-authorizations and additional paperwork from the doctor to the insurance, to the pharmacist, which they never warned their customers about. They needed the pre-authorization WEEKS ago, and instead of putting in the request for it between prescriptions, they waited until it was time to refill the prescription. So now, we may be out an additional TWO WEEKS without medication because of Walmart’s negligence and laziness. This is only the tip of the iceberg, from being told our medications aren’t there when we we’re alerted they’d been filled, to refusing to fill prescriptions because their “fill dates differ from the insurance provider” even when we had the insurance provider on the phone in front of them. We are now looking into a new insurance provider to be able to access a different pharmacy. This place is an absolute joke and should not be authorized as a pharmacy. Save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE else.

Honestly the people are very friendly and I have never had an issue with any of the pharmacy staff. The issue I do have is that they are constantly running out of meds and prescriptions take 3 or 4 days to fill sometimes. It's not that difficult to keep adequate stock, and this issue has happened multiple times with more than 1 medication in my experience. I can see it happening occasionally but I have literally never once ran into this issue at any pharmacy I have ever been to before until now. Very disappointing especially considering my meds are on a schedule and they should be able to keep their stock levels correctly. I have since switched pharmacies and will not be going back.

My son and I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled and it was absolutely ridiculous! The person (Ronnee) was so busy socializing with other employees that she kept asking us the same questions over and over. Very unprofessional and unfocused on her job!

No sign posted that they were opening late for Christmas Eve stood in line waiting for over 45 mins and they opened the gate for one man and than shut it while 7 other people stood behind me. The drive thru never works why have a drive thru when you never use it this place is beyond help if your smart like me you will take your business else where because besides them being rude, they never know anything and are too slow train your people or hire professionals.
