I went there to spend a lot of money on a trailer hitch, ball, wrench and pin. They were all locked in a cage. I pushed thier call attendant button and proceeded to stand there for 10 minutes waiting. 2 other workers just looked at me and kept walking. It's a long way from the parking lot to the auto department. I won't be back.

I changed my rating of Walmart based on my experience with their grocery pickup service. I haven't used their grocery pickup service for two months, I used to use it every week. I've received incorrect orders, they've put someone else's merchandise in my car. I've received orders with items missing even though the app told me that the item was included in my order. I have to say though, anytime I call their main customer service line, they are always super professional and helpful to me.

Tyler, the auto guy, is great! I didn’t specify somethings and he took my car back in to check it out and take care of it! Very professional and friendly service desk worker as well.

We have been using curbside pickup for awhile now and LOVE it. The associates have always been congenial. The quality of produce was my biggest concern and so far I have been extremely pleased.

The employees wander around as of they're the walking dead. There is one employee at the jewelry counter/clothing department that is always friendly and helpful towards me and my husband when we visit. She's the older woman with grey/silver hair. She is very sweet and funny. The electronic department is full of employees that don't know much of what they're selling and usually their stories don't add up. There is usually Noone in the knives/camping department. The clearance isn't that good there. Prices are getting more crazy. The ones stocking shelves are very rude and plow their way through or just stand in the way knowingly. The greeters/receipt checkers can be rude and harass customers even we a receipt is shown. The deli doesn't offer as much as it used to, and is usually running low. And the bakery goods are usually old and dry but fully priced.

I only shop here when I absolutely need the best deal on certain items such as kids' toys, miscellaneous hooks, and nails. You can't find workers with knowledge of anything. You have to rely on the website to find items, and a lot of times, the items have been moved, and it's not up-to-date. The people who shop here are loud, yelling across the store, no manners, and rude a lot of times. The last time I was here, there were frantic parents running up and down isles because they lost their child. Thankfully, they found them. It's just pretty chaotic every time I come here. I only go once or twice a year and regret it every time, except for the price I paid for that particular item. I try to avoid the store unless it's the closest, and I don't have time to travel to another store that day.

The customer service with the help desk was pleasant and kind, he gets a 5 the rest of my issues is why this gets a 1 star review. His excellent service doesn't fix the fact the driver delivered my order to the wrong house and doesn't even know where they dropped it at. How can you loose 5 bags of groceries? How can you employ drivers that dont even remember where orders were dropped at? Certainly processed my payment of near $78 when I ordered on the spot, but 5 to 10 business days to wait to get a refund to place a reorder of the missing items is unacceptable. 10 gift card fixes nothing. As a manager of a customer service team for a nationwide company myself I'm appalled at their attempts and lack of driver delivery abilities. This may be the last month I pay for my subscription.

Very helpful! I went in for the money center this time, and I was trying to pull out a larger sum to buy a car but apparently there was some thing making it to where you can't cash. A money order they print with them for 24 hours... They found a way to help me get the funds I needed off my account and I was able to get my new vehicle :)

Long story short, I bought something, took it home, opened it, noticed it was not the product that should've been. What happened was someone before me bought it, took the product out and put something kind of like it in the box. Then sealed it up and returned it for a refund, knowing the customer service associate might not know the difference. The false item was put back on the shelf and I bought it. I came back the next morning to return it, having to wait an extra ten minutes for CS to open. I dont blame the employees, I know they have it rough because corporate HQ, @%&hole customers and thieves make it hard on them as they did to me. I never want to shop at walmart ever again.

Not happy, did a 2 hour or less order for delivery and got rotten Strawberries, I got those last night....that's disgusting Walmart get your s**t together, how can you sell rotten fruit? And maybe your employees need to be taught what good produce is?! Also not the first time I've gotten rotten produce from you, DISGUSTING!!!

This place is laid out so crazy. They really need to take time and plan the layout better. The employees are not competent as far as merchandise and they don't always honor their word. So trust at your own risk. They really don't back up there roadside guarantee when you buy tires from them at all. As a matter of fact I lost a whole days pay and had to pay for a tow because they didn't honor their guarantee. They also really messed up my vehicle when they put those brand new tires on. Now I have to get it fixed because of Walmart.
