I order my groceries from Walmart online to be delivered. I have had problems in the past with this service (significantly delayed delivery, delivering the next day while I am at work, etc.), but my most recent experience has me questioning whether to continue utilizing the grocery delivery. On Monday, I placed my order for groceries to be delivered the following day, Tuesday, between 5 and 6 pm. About 4:00 pm on Tuesday, I received an alert from the app that some of my items had been substituted, so I reviewed the list and approved/declined items. Sometime after 5:30, I received another alert, apologizing, and notifying me that my delivery order would be delayed. I waited until about 7:30 pm, and when I checked the app, it still indicated my delivery was delayed, and that I would get an alert when my groceries were on the way. Since they have been delivered to my house while I have been at work, and it was getting late, I decided to cancel my order. The next morning, as my husband was leaving for work at 6:00 am, he notified me that our groceries were sitting on the front porch. ALL of my perishable items were hot and no longer safe for consumption. I had to toss a ton of items out as a result. I contacted customer service, where they apologized, and refunded my money for all of the perishable items, but I still feel that this delivery service is a joke. On Wednesday, I finally got an update from the app, indicating my groceries were delivered Tuesday at 5:38 PM. This means my groceries sat outside from 5:38 PM until 6:00 AM the following morning! Unacceptable. While I acknowledge that a refund was provided for the damaged items, this is only a band-aid, and in no way fixes the overall problem. As mentioned above, I have had numerous problems with Walmart grocery delivery, and aside from apologies when I complain, they have not followed through on the couple of gift cards I was promised. They are all about apologizing, but don't seem to do anything to change. It's really frustrating, and this may result in the loss of my business.

This is the nicest Walmart I've ever been to! It's expansive and clean. There is way more merchandise available than other stores, and the people are pleasant. Definitely worth the drive!

Had everything we were looking for at the time. When we had trouble locating a 2-prong to 3-prong electric chord adapter, an associate named Brandon helped us greatly! Easy visit!

Easy convenient one-stop shopping. Fairly clean restrooms. Friendly cashiers. I like the produce and pricing. The self checkout is super fast, especially if I'm just getting a few items.The employee at the eye/lense center was trying to be helpful, but he reeked of cigarettes! Blah! Everytime he opened up his mouth to talk to me, it got worse. Maybe he didn't give himself enough air-out time after his smoke break before returning to work. Either way, big thumbs down ? for me.

Self check out employees should not be allowed to rate the one through five star rating on the registers. They should not be allowed to complain about it when we give one star. It’s 100% pointless. If you let your employees do it for you you’re giving yourself a rating which is a fraud or a scam

No thought given to the fact that no credit is given for doing our own check put and now you have taken away the bags as well. Wal-Mart is without a doubt the worst place to shop. SHOPCO needs to come back to give a little bit of competition to this horrific giant.

You better be packing more than your own grocery bags when you roll up in this Walmart. Have personally seen more drug deals done on this lot than any other in Spokane. Make sure to keep a receipt and don't expect anything to actually be in stock, beyond all the junk food sections and beer too. Best of luck at this location!

"I was in a real bind late one night when I realized my daughter's tire was flat and she needed it fixed to make it to work in the morning. I was so relieved to find that Walmart had a huge selection of tire repair kits. I was able to quickly find exactly what I needed and get my daughter back on the road. I'm so thankful Walmart was open late that night!"

Huge Store and insanely large & very broad selection of products in all of the departments with relatively decent & affordable prices. Staff was polite and somewhat helpful.

Called to verify that it had helium tanks in stock for pickup because the website said they did. The customer service guy was not helpful and tried telling me they didn’t carry them. I explained they do I just want to see if they are in stock. He very begrudgingly took the two minutes to look it up and then replied “I’ll be damned I guess we do” in a still annoyed voice. So glad the customer knows more than the customer service desk.

Nice store with typical Walmart selection. FYI - I had left my wallet and checkbook in my cart. Once I figured out I had no money or credit card I freaked out and raced back to the store. My cart was gone so I headed to customer service. A good soul had seen my wallet and checkbook in the cart and turned them in. All money, cards, etc were still in place. Thank you kind person/persons.

This is a typical Walmart. Used to be a good place to shop on a budget. Now all Walmart associates are busy shopping for online orders and there is no one to unlock the glass case for what you need.It's better to buy from your local business

Love that following a dog attacking another service dog in their store, management still cannot be bothered to keep pets out of the store. It’s against the law. ILLEGAL. Not a “store preference”. No reason a screaming shiba should be lunging at my trained cardiac alert service dog from around a corner. That is not a dog under it’s owners control, and it’s a legal liability.

Basic Walmart experience. Staff were cordial, however when needing assistance at the paint isle it took 4 minutes to get an associate. And only got one because of my insistence and badgering.

Manager was great help. Grabbed the last item and it had a crack. Manager gave us 50% off the item. Manager was very friendly and quick with the transaction. 5 stars.Cashier however was not very considerate of other customers. He talked and talked to every customer he rang up. Fine to chat and work but he would stop what he's doing and tell a story. His line would build up.
