There was a teller who was cute :) I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was very friendly and I would like to take her to a nice dinner. Anyways.. cool bank. Pretty teller.

Treated my grandpa as if he was unfit and reported my aunt of taking advantage of Him while she was trying to help him with his bank information like she does every time they go to the bank because my grandparents ask her to. An investigation was opened up on my aunt and grandparents but then closed because the teller who reported them was wrong and reported them based on assumption.

The tellers were very rude. We came in and waited for a banker, a teller came up to us and told us we would need to get in line to speak with a teller, and that there were other people waiting to see the bankers. We understood, so we got in line. When we got to the teller, she told us to call a number. We explained to her that are issue was complex and we would like to speak with a banker. She then proceeded to have an attitude and said, well there’s other people waiting. We understood we would have to wait but did not prompt anything for someone to have an attitude.Don’t go to this bank unless you want to be told to just call their customer service line, or to use their mobile app. They do not want to do their jobs.

Theresa is the boss lady so nice I wished I banked here. I had a little business and all the people who work there are great! Jasmine and Devin work hard and are great personalities for their jobs. Would be back everyday if I could.

While dealing with my late father in laws estate the bank decided to also declare that husband was dead, locking his online banking and cancelling his debit card. I have no idea how they even came to this conclusion or took these actions without our authorization. My husband is still very much alive. As a result, all of our automatic bill payments were suspended. We are still dealing with this unnecessary situation. Wells Fargo has created a huge problem for us they don't seem to care much about rectifying it.

Everytime I have to call Wells Fargo, it ruins my day. I believe if I were to go an start a bank myself, with no knowledge whatsoever, I could do a better job. I am embarrassed for the people I have to speak to on the phone, because incompetence is one of a kind. From being charged for my mortgage 3 time in a month to somehow not being able to take a payment at all, Wells Fargo can surely do
