This is my local branch and II love the tellers there. One thing I do not agree with though is there recommendation to make an appointment for services that are out of the bank tellers scope. They recommend it, but make it seem like that's the only option. I've seen elderly people get turned away and that just makes me sad. I normally don't see this branch so busy, but I feel if a customer wants to wait rather than be turned away for services, that should be their choice. I went in to get a cashier's check hoping I could add a debit card for my minor child while I was there, but it was recommended to make an appointment for this specific service which did not work for me unfortunately. I will attempt to make an appointment at a later time or possibly go in a branch that accepts walk-ins I just feel customers should be given the option to wait.

Wells Fargo stop scamming people and commiting fraud. Stop stealing people's money and get better employees. Maybe even get new management and OWNERS. Smh

I don't usually post personal comments, today is the exception. I had to close out my poor moms bank account at Wells Fargo today, it was hard for me.?. Wells Fargo has been charging fees to my mom's account which over drew her account $6.81, which I had to pay because they wouldn't close the account otherwise. I was told \\\"yeah my condolences, but I can't reverse the fees.\\\" So, I left crying because this was the last thing I had to do for my mom, and because obviously Wells Fargo had to get their $6.81. I will always remember this and I will make sure I tell anyone who will listen, this is what Wells Fargo does.

The staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter and make sure you are directed to the right place. We explained we were new in the area. Wil was extra helpful as we deposited some checks. And then proceeded to set up each of our accounts with our new temporary address. He then assisting with finding the best was to reorder new credit card to go to new address. He gave me a link that would be helpful with you the process.

The drive thru teller shut the curtain and walked away from three customers waiting in the drive thru. Yes it was 12:00 however I arrived before 12:00 to complete my transaction and after waiting the teller just closed and left. This isn’t just bad customer service it is an out right middle finger to the customers waiting. If this is your policy it will be the demise of your branch.

I was blown away by how kind my teller was. His name was Will and he helped me, was patient with my situation and was very easy to talk to. The staff here are so kind and they are very nice to talk to. Thank you for your help Will!

This one star is NOT for this branch, but as it’s the nearest Wells Fargo to the former Wells Fargo ATM at 29th and Grand, this is for Wells Fargo corporate.Seriously...WHY take out an ATM machine in the middle of a pandemic?And if your mobile app was less of a pain to make a deposit, I’d be less reliant on ATM machines anyway.Grrr.
