Standing here waiting to pull cash while there's three people behind the desk helping one couple and then two of them went out to go back to the cubicles and one woman asks the guy behind me if he's just pulling cash and helps him. The woman at the cou ter was great, But I don't think her management really understands the concept of good customer service.

This is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with I went to cash a check drawn on Wells Fargo Bank and was charged $7.50. seems ridiculous to charge so much just because somebody doesn't have an account at your bank.

Really bad customer service, held money over 24 hours after deposited, never has been held. It is always available as soon as deposited. To call back this branch took me over 8 calls to get someone to answer the phone, then once on phone the branch manager hung up on us in middle of my sentence. Very very very rude! Thinking about finding a different bank and transfer all my accounts with them!

This is probably my favorite overall location. My only complaint is they are not open on Saturdays, but then again - the employees are probably happy about that. So what can I say, this place deserves 5 stars because every time I go inside - all of the staff are so polite and very professional! The branch manager is a very sweet and kind lady who goes out of her way to help her customers. The staff is very lucky they have her as their boss. Also, each time I go in - the teller is very friendly and makes me feel like I matter. What more can you ask for in your bank, right?

Every time I've had to go into Wells Fargo at this location they have been more than helpful I am very satisfied with this bank.

They wanted $7 bucks to cash a $200.00 check for being a non-member. What a joke. Not the best way to try and welcome new potential customers. I’ll just deposit it into my much more customer friendly bank.

IF they do open this branch I hope they rethink they're staffing. There's three employees in particular that's I've had issues with. The teller manager, a younger girl teller and a teller named Ashley. They've been extremely rude when I went in there before covid, especially Ashley. I feel as if I'm an inconvenience to her when I come in and was assisted by her. I hope if they do reopen they rethink some of their staffing. Otherwise the other branches have been okay.

Everytime I have to call Wells Fargo, it ruins my day. I believe if I were to go an start a bank myself, with no knowledge whatsoever, I could do a better job. I am embarrassed for the people I have to speak to on the phone, because incompetence is one of a kind. From being charged for my mortgage 3 time in a month to somehow not being able to take a payment at all, Wells Fargo can surely do
