I placed an order through DoorDash for Safeway they spent $130 of my money and they only gave me $100 worth of shit I have two receipts in a bank statement message they stole 30 bucks from me and DoorDash does not want to pay it back there just crooks if you think this won't happen you just wait. I give DoorDash & Safeway a zero in my book.

WOW!!! First, Please let me tell you about Brittany, who works in Customer Service, Brittany shows an Extraordinary amount of intuition, customer care and professionalism. Brittiany, once when headed for her break, saw me out of the corner of her eye and stopped, seeing my look of lost bewilderment. When I was trying to find Sesame Seeds. Brittany not only showed me sesame seed in the spice isle, but also in ethnic foods.This is not All, I have had serious issues with Safeways Just4u, spending a few minutes a day trying to keep up with the ads. Often finding the items not registering at the checkout. Brittany, said if you have a problem come find me at Customer Service. Her going the Extra Mile makes shopping at Safeway a DELIGHT!!! Beyond that when Brittany, fills in as checker, other store employees look to her for help, And The Lines Move FASTER : ) Brittany Gets Things DONE!I can barely say enough positive things about Brianny, But note, this stores entire Butcher Departments aim is to help customers in any way they can. Travis is a Star, I look forward to seeing him, due to Travis's on the spot helpfulness and knowledge. These attributes make my shopping an Easy Pleasure. WHAT A STORE... As I finish this review. I have to thank the INVISIBLE Management team, none have I seen or met. They lead WELL from behind the scenes. Hooray, HOORAY, HOORAY!!! THANK YOU ALL..........................

I am never ever going into a Safeway/Albertsons again! They aren't exactly the cleanest stores but what's even worse is every single time I shop in one they are ALWAYS out of the items I'm in the store for that was in their ad. Today it happened again. I was told this was the only store in town that doesn't sell a particular item I wanted. It use to happen constantly at an Albertsons on the south side. So, that's it! I'm done! I have had it when it comes to these stores!

They never have my babies formula or any formula for that matter. 1 star because one of the cashiers felt the need to argue with me over what my WIC covers. Loved the look on her face when she realized that WIC covered the cans I grabbed. Learn to mind your business

I've definitely been to better pharmacies. The staff isn't all that friendly, and their notification system has been broken for years. I bought it to Safeway corporate attention and they did nothing about it.

I was in this store as I go almost every other day and a crazy lady came and started ranting as apparently I was " in her space". Mind you she had no mask. That's all well and good. Crazy people but what upset me was the manager came and was very rude and instead of apologize if he acted like I did something wrong. Time to find a new shopping store. I'll if the workers otherwise apparently knew this lady as telling me sorry I had to go through this. Never have I been treated so poorly in a grocery store

I love this Safeway the manager is a really nice guy, if his staff are busy he'll help you himself, they treat me and my service dog with respect and the prices are usually decent with the discounts

Stay away from the deli from like 5 PM to close, I've brought home inedible chicken strips, like you bite into them & they'd break your teeth, this time I thought I'd try the corn dogs...I don't know how long they sat there for, they looked okay through the case, but the bottoms were really hard. Went at about 5:45 tonight. Jojo's were fresh at least. I feel irritated that they think this is acceptable

I was treated like a criminal today while shopping at this store. I was surrounded by several employees while trying to buy gift cards for my team of employees. The store explained they have had several issues with fraud. This should not be my concern and the treatment I received is inexcusable. F- Safeway for your lack of service! It would have taken one person to verify my ID, Credit Card and my badge which I had all ready to present. I have never in my life been so threatened or treated so poorly. I will never shop at your store again the purchase of these gift cards is the last time you will receive my patronage.

Spent more then 30 minute to send money, because the payment machine was not accepting any card, (this is happening for a long time) they give me an offer to use ATM machine and pay extra ATM fee, to send money, went to MoneyGram it took them 3 minutes to send money,
