The online Zales was one of the worst experiences I ever had making a purchase they lost my order multiple times I was supposed to get it on the 23rd for a Christmas present I had ordered it on the 6th of December and when I finally got it it was not the size that we had ordered and was too small and then they tried to charge me $240 to resize it so if anybody is wondering I absolutely recommend going somewhere else

Our salesperson was so attentive & helpful. It's not easy to make a jewelry purchase - a lot of thought, attention & expense goes into those gifts. She made it an enjoyable experience & even set up a saved list of likes for future trips that they can pull for us to make things faster & easier.

I bought 3 rings from this place to make a beautiful ring set. I told them before buying anything that they would have to be able to ship them. They said they could no problem. So i bought from them. They had plans to send them after the initial sizing and also had to order the third ring since they didnt have it in store. I told them 8.5 for all 3 rings. After leaving store they would never answer phone to talk to anyone. I felt as though they didnt care now that i already paid them. Then i ordered the rings on oct.29 and got them in a portland store on november 29th but the rings were 3 different sizes so i could only pick up one of them. One ring was 7.5 one was 8.25 and one was 8.5. Now i have to wait 2 more weeks to hopefully have them back fixed correctly. The store ddoesnt carry rings past a 7.5 so i never actually even got to try my rings on before buying them. They only care until you pay and then after that you are just a problem they dont want to deal with. Beware getting from a store you cant physically go in and talk to them because this store just wont answer the phone. Very disappointed with this whole process. But the rings are very beautiful
