For the second time I needed to have some install work on my car and each time was frustrating. This time I was scheduled for two hours just to have back speakers put in and for a solid hour it just sat there because they wanted to go on break. So I waited, wondering where the installer was. Pats were lost inside the panels. I saw them remove the panels at least three times that I could see for whatever reason. The guy looked like he was high from the night before and just stared blankly when I was talking to him. They did not even bother to use a parts holder so as not to lose the screws and other parts. One of the installers was condescending when I was voicing my concerns. It's not even worth getting into it anymore. I just can't stand this store. The employees are not well trained and when it comes to the installers, they really need to get real training!! They did not even know what I was talking about when it comes to technical details of audio. Looks like the store just hires anyone, even if they don't know the trade. The Best Buy in Puyallup is so much better. Tacoma store does not sweep the install floor and I got a screw in my tire and I had to repair it. There is no place to wait, not seating. I will never use this store again. My experience is consistently sub par.

Staff won’t help you unless you’re buying something in the back of the store (laptops, tablets, gaming, etc.). Staff in front of store too busy talking about how they don’t like working there. Will not be returning

This store just lost an extra $200 of sales in addition to my online order because they made me wait forever out of display case to get what I needed and then when I walked up to the front the line was ridiculous because there was only one cashier and seemingly none of the other employees could help check customers out. Absolutely not. I dropped my items and left

We were there to help a neighbor who bought a dishwasher from them but they cancelled her order and didn't let her know so she took the time off for the delivery that didn't happen

I believe Alyssa was the name of the lady who helped me. I came in to pick up my new Samsung Galaxy S24+. I asked if she could help me get a screen protector on it & help me transfer some of my info from my old phone to my new phone. She even put a screen protector on my daughtes new Samsung Z5 fold. She explained how my daughter could use a transfer stick to take photos from our old phones & put them on our computer. My set up took a bit of time, only because there was a problem with my Sim card. She was helpful, kind, and answered our questions.I live closer to the Olympia store, but I will always go to the Tacoma store. All the employees there are great, even the reps from company brands there are wonderful. No one there walks by you like they don't see you. If one person doesn't know the answer, they will find someone who does. No one there is pushy, but all are helpful & respectful. This will always be my go-to store. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer, so I will go out of my way to be their customer.

I've had my player, amp, subwoofers, and a remote start installed into my vehicle and they're always friendly, helpful, willing to answer questions, and informative of pretty much anything and everything. They always do a great job.

I always get fast and good service at this location and I'm out within 5-10 minutes. I can easily find things I know I need and be on my way once I'm done paying for everything. I highly recommend this location.
