Seems to be a disconnect in their company between the phone service operators and the ones in store their concepts are not aligned and they are very confusing.

Despite being super busy, staff was very pleasant, helpful and quick. I've never had a bad experience at this location

Very professional and courteous staff. Though I'm not altogether happy with Comcast/Xfinity as a whole, this store is well run.

Comcast still has the inability to meet even the most basic request. Too 2.5 hours on the phone, and another 30 minutes in store to get a simple printout of a summary of our newly established bill. Ridiculous.
