The place is pretty run down as to it's an older building. The rent is to high for having No amenities but there is a children's park if you have kids. There is allot of crime in the area as well as people breaking into the building or into people's apartments, the people in the building are hit and miss. As long as you keep to yourself your ok. The management is great though otherwise and very sweet probably one of the best management I've had living anywhere. They are trying hard to clean the building up from all the bad. So don't be to discouraged at first sight.
