I honestly recommend this place. Buying a car is stressful especially when you have to do it unexpectedly. Cars are expensive but this dealership has prices that are reasonable for the market and competitively priced/lower than most dealerships in the area. Most of their vehicles have very low miles. They made the process of buying a car as simple and painless as possible. lol. I hate buying cars! Craig was very helpful, patient and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. He offered coffee and water every time I came in. All of their vehicles have a 30 day warranty. Which is better than a lot of used lots in the area that sell as is. Travis was helpful with financing. I got a pretty good interest rate and put very little down. He also added a good extended mechanical warranty to my loan which gives me some extra peace of mind when buying a used car. . He even worked with me on my first payment date so that I have 90 days and can wait until after the holidays to start making payments. Then, After I bought the car I was struggling with having time and assistance with getting the car to my home. I was going to uber but I was also working from home and had so much going on with my kids home from school sick. So they delivered the vehicle to me ! This was a huge help and I really appreciated it. I then realized that the vehicle only had one key. . I was worried about this because I lose stuff a lot. I felt like they had been very helpful and almost didn’t want to ask but I did. I asked for a second key to see if they would consider it and they said yes and seemed happy to help. I really appreciate the support I’ve continued to have after I already purchased the vehicle. They already got my money but they have continued to be helpful. I can see that they are in it for the long haul. They care enough to want you to come back. They work hard for their good reputation. I will definitely come back the next time I need a vehicle. Craig Wilson is a gentleman before salesman. Always offered coffee, tea, water, and a smile. Moved twice as fast as the kid half his age at the cell phone store. Followed through on every promise and more. Went the extra 10 miles. Wish I had more money to buy another car from him.

Jason was first class start to finish and a true professional. I have been literally searching the internet and all the big car sites for three weeks looking for a specific car, specific options package and with a laundry list of must haves. I’ve spoken to dozens of sales people real and AI and test driven more cars than I like to say. By chance drove by and stopped in to look at a car super late in the day at the dealership and he came out to shake my hand and asked how he could help. Most other Sales ppl would have been wrapping it up and out the door but never once did I feel like I was a burden. Over the course of the next few days he helped me find the right car that checked off all the boxes at a fair price. He presented the facts and options and did it in a way that I really value in the sales process as he listened to what I need and was looking for. I could tell he has a ton of experience and expertise and will be back when it’s time to trade up! Another thing that stands out about Gene Pankey is that they put a lot of time and hard work into making sure the cars they have are prepped and detailed and the crew that they have behind the scenes do a great job.

his is my 2nd car I have bought from Gene Pankey. It's always a great experience with awesome customer service. Car Salesmen at dealerships can be uncomfortable, but these guys are hassle free and easy going. I always recommend this place if anyone needs a car no matter how expensive. Best deal in town!

Craig was by far one of the most helpful and nice car salesman without being a “salesman” you can ask for! He’s not only been doing it for many years, but he’s willing to go the extra mile. Super easy to work with without pushing anything you’d be uncomfortable with. I would by far recommend him and come back specifically for him! Great team all around, as their used cars come with a 30-day warranty, they come fully serviced and check everything before you leave the lot. They really go the extra mile when buying a used car, you never see that in used car dealership, but it shows since they’ve been around since 1950s!

I just found my favorite car guy, Craig Wilson! Stopped in to test drive a beautiful 2014 Subaru Legacy after finding it on Auto Trader. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner . He offered water of coffee and me feel very welcomed. Very low pressure and worked with me to put together something to work within my budget. Will be referring friends and family for years to come. We found a vehicle through auto trader. We set an appt online. We got a quick response from Craig Wilson. We were treated right away with a warm smile. He was very clear on what they serviced on vehicle. We test drive the vehicle and noticed a small noise. When we mentioned to Craig he said that they will fix no problem. Great customer Service. I highly recommend seeing him. Very honest and answered all of our questions.
We did get vehicles and will bring back for repairs.
