Loving this! Just got my ‘Ultimate Kit’ (pretty sure that’s code for ‘everyone in the family suddenly remembers I exist’). This thing has brought more relatives crawling out of the woodwork, asking me to clean or detail their cars than any holiday dinner ever has! 😂 Thanks Griot’s, your products are amazing — now if only you sold a kit for dodging family favors… new product idea? Dont worry about the royalties.

I went into Griot's today for the first time with a friend to look at a buffer and detailing kit for home use. We were greeted by Evan and Lauryn. As soon as I walked in the door, I was amazed at the colors and displaying of their products. I wanted to buy everything! The longer I stayed, the more I bought. Lauryn gave us a demonstration on how to use their products, while Evan gathered up some products for me to purchase. I can'y say enough good about how we were treated. Evan spent time showing us around and explaining their business. He explained the multiple car shows that they and others put on at that location. Their business model and customer service is outstanding. It reminds of American companies when I was younger where customer service is a priority. I left a little lighter in the wallet, but feel good about it. They earned my future business. I would recommend to everyone to stop in and take a look if you can, you won't be disappointed. Brad T

I just wanted to give some feedback on a G21 that I returned to Griot's Garage last Tuesday. I purchase a brand new G21. When I received it, it did not work. I immediately called customer service. They were apologetic and assured me that they would Fedex label for return and a new unit. I received Fedex label and sent unit back on the following day(Tuesday). Never received a replacement. A week later I spoke to Griots to see why I never received my new G21. I was told that unit was going out to me today (August 18th) and would receive by end of week. That is totally unacceptable. Really bad customer service. They could over night if they wanted to. This is my first unit and will never us this company again. Bad customer service.

Their wash with ceramic damaged my paint. Then I purchased their synthetic clay bar and spray detailer to fix it. Not only di that not work, but there was a rebate for buying both and they didn't honor that rebate.

Horrible and incompetent worker!
About almost 2 weeks ago, I purchased Griot's Garage Cordless Foamer and Sprayer for my DIY Ceramic Coating project at home. It got sent to Autozone nearby my workplace and when I picked it up and took it home, I noticed the air vent was busted. So I drove back to Autozone to ask for a replacement with one that has new air vent that is not busted flat out.
Autozone did all the work, return and recharge me the item and told me to come back by 1st August.
Several days almost 2 weeks later, I received notification about the item has arrived at Autozone for me to pick up. I was excited because I could then use it for my ceramic coating prewash. Guess what? IT'S THE EXACT SAME ITEM WITH THE BUSTED AIR VENT. Whoaaaaa Griot's Garage.... You basically re-wrap the broken one that was sent back by Autozone to the Autozone for me to pick up. That's dirty and cheap moves!!!
I was already buying all Griot's Garage tools and liquid for my ceramic coats but this is shameful. Im going to return every Griot's Garage stuff I got from Amazon.
That's nasty move...

I went to auto body shop to get some tree branch scratches on my truck from off roading buffed out but that would have cost hundreds of dollars. The rep told me I should just go to Griot’s Garage to get some of their Complete Compound. It definitely took a little bit of elbow grease but it got 95% of the scratches out to the point they’re just barely visible if you’re face is 2 ft away and looking for them knowing where they were. Tate came out and looked at my truck, helped me pick the right set of products, gave me a ton of advice on how to use it then even let me do it right out in their parking lot. He was all around excellent as was Griot’s Complete Compound. I will definitely be back and recommending this Griot’s.

I have been a customer for 20 years and can say, Griot's has always provided excellent customer service. They sell quality products that they stand behind.
On occasion i have called to ask questions and the staff was very helpful.
I will continue to be a loyal customer for a long time.
