I informed them the same day they did my taxes that it was incorrect and the guy said the IRS will see they made a mistake and I would still get my taxes. Today I got a letter from the IRS stating they garnished the whole thing. They had put the wrong person as injured spouse. I tried to tell them they checked the wrong person and they proceeded to tell me that I was wrong on who the injured spouse was even though the last few years they put the correct person. Now I have to file an amended return and hope I get it in the next 4 months.
