I absolutely LOVE this location. Every time I have gone in I have had the best experience. If you like quality service, quality products, and friendly people, this is the place! Bill was SO helpful with my entire jewelry buying process! From showing me a ton of different styles and working with me figuring out what I like/dislike, all the way to getting my items resized, it was a very pleasant process! Just the best customer service. Highly recommend!

5 stars all the way!! The place was clean, we were greeted immediately and all of the staff on the floor tonight were knowledgeable, friendly and almost all came to congratulate us!
Emily Jordan helped us find my wedding band tonight to fit around my custom engagement ring and our experience was AMAZING! She not only picked it out first try she was excellent with explaining every last detail and was so easy and great to work with! Very personable and you can tell she loves what she does!
I’m so thankful that this experience was so effortless and will definitely be back in Jared with all my jewelry needs! Thank you for making my day! I cannot wait to wear my ring for the rest of my life!

I spent many years working in the jewelry industry and always avoided big corporate stores but I can honestly say that all of my interactions and transactions in this store have been phenomenal. I have had my wedding ring redesigned as well as purchased several pieces over the last few years here and had some repair work done. In each instance it was a pleasure doing business with the Tacoma Jared Galleria. Also, if you are looking to do business with an individual who is intuitive and kind, loves what he does and goes above and beyond.. every time, not just for the big sale, please go see CONNOR. I love this location! I called about my engagement ring needing to be cleaned and diamonds being replaced, and Hana made the experience so smooth and enjoyable. I even brought my 4 yr old son and they were so kind and patient with him. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We even ended up getting a Father’s Day watch here. We were looking for a Hamilton and they had stated they can order that for me in a timely manner, but they had such a great selection my son just picked one in their showcase. My fiancé loved it! Thank you so much again Hana!

I just have to say..Jennifer and her coworkers at Jared treated us like absolute royalty. From the moment my mom and I walked in, we felt seen, valued, and welcomed. We weren’t the biggest spenders in the world, and we had a specific budget, but you would’ve never known it by the way we were treated.
Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we felt special every step of the way. She gave us her time, her attention, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right piece. Her kindness, professionalism, and warmth were unmatched and everyone else reflected that same energy. She even gave me a hug at the end!!
They made my mom feel just as included and important as I did, which meant the world to me. It was more than a transaction..it was an experience, and one we’ll never forget.
