I like this store. A cashier charged me TWICE for two of my sewing patterns. I asked her "didn't you already ring that one up?". They have a nice selection of garment fabrics but no where to sit to browse sewing patterns. For that reason I prefer the Federal Way store.

This place has weird post apocalyptic vibes. Nothing is stocked or organized. Shelves nearly 90% empty. I wanted to shop in person but ended up buying off Amazon.

My husband and I came into the store today in hopes to find some good Christmas clearance sales but I could not believe how horribly unkept and dirty the floors were in the entryway and throughout the store. The aisles looked like they have been ransacked and so many departments looked neglected and completely disorganized. I’ve read back through the reviews and it seems like something happened between the last 9 or 10 months since that’s when the reviews started going downhill. I did find a couple of good things on Christmas sales and the gal that was running the front register was very friendly and helpful. No sign of a manager or hardly any other staff. I didn’t want to complain because I could tell the gal that helped us was doing the best she could. There was the one security guard standing by the front registers that seemed completely zoned out. This will be last time I’ll be shopping there, I’d rather go to Hobby Lobby where they seem to care about their customers and actually selling stuff!

I shop at this location quite often and enjoy the selection, sales, and coupons. However, I have had quite a few less-than-pleasant interactions with the staff there. Some have been just plain rude, while others have given me incorrect information about product sales and prices.

Michelle should be embarrassed how she treats customers. She apparently decides who is allowed the code for the bathroom. Earlier when I asked she had no trouble giving me the code, but when another customer asked she punched the code in for them, leaving a line of customers as she did it. So can I ask, what’s the determining factor?

I've always had a horrible experience shopping at this Joann Fabrics. The staff follows me around on the camera, setting off alarms when I walk down certain isles, or in-person stalking. I never had this happen at a craft store until I moved here 3 yrs ago, and I moved here from the south. The staff here care more about profiling people than then do about customer service. When I ask them to hold my bag (if I forgot something while shopping and want to go back without being accused of stealing) they act like it's a burden or straight up refuse, but have no issues stalking me while I'm trying to shop. I have to go today for just one simple item and my anxiety is through the roof because of it. Many (not all) of the staff here should be ashamed. The younger staff members tend to have more sense and customer care.

I prefer any other nearby Joann stores over this one. Messy and I could hardly find anyone to help. I guess it's OK if you know what you're getting and just grab and go.

I always wonder if they are going out of business, based on stock. First thing that struck me was a security guard, so a hobby store is high thief? If not, not sure why this area is needing protecting. That aside I have yet to be at a Joann store that has enough cashiers. Not to mention not a staff member to be found on the store floor.

One of the employees asked if I was finding everything okay , yes of course, but I asked why are people following me around as if I'm stealing or something . She got snippy with me saying I had an attitude when I was talking normal while asking these questions the attitude did not come until she yelled SHES OUT I was simple asking why I was being followed and tried to explain I hadn't done anything wrong and that there was no attitude at all.. clearly she needs to fix her attitude. I won't be shopping there anymore 2 of the employees we're arguing back and I was only asking a question!!!Might wanna hire new employees

I went looking for yarn, great selection, but lousy prices. I'm gong to have to give up all my hobbies. The store was clean and the employees were nice though.

Horrible experience… came in excited wanting to buy watercolor paints and needed assistance since paint tubes are behind locked glass. The manager Diane came to assist.. was rude not helpful complaining and making rude faces demonstrating she did not want to be there ..she had a negative dower attitude making it an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience due to her unprofessional behavior…. Will never come back here again…

Love seeing JOANN Fabric. Found what I needed yarn .and it an rainbow print. And of course did some summer showing. & Christmas shopping . And the correct side plastic box for our color design paper. And the staff was very nice & helpful. Love the creative work that is being done in the ß items are coming on the sales floor. will be back,
