Moving here was one of the best choices! The neighborhood is so walkable to anything and the building itself is filled with friendly folks, beautiful views and comfortable units. Management made this a very smooth transition from day 1.

While we are still in the application process, I wanted to take a moment and say that Lauren on the leasing team, was most understanding, and patient with me.
We have had such terrible experiences with most of the "luxury" apartments, and she was not only sympathetic, but offered to squeeze us in on impossibly short notice to ally my fears of a repeat disappointment.
I'll update this when I have more to say, but the staff definitely live up to their reputation and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and gently led through what is so often a stressful process.
I'm grateful to have found a place so warm and beautifully appointed, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Madison 25 apartments was a place I won’t ever forget. It was a memorable place for me and my wife as we were in town due to our careers being on the west coast. For an obvious choice, we wanted a place that’ll feel like home. Madison 25 was an apartment complex that we could call home. The neighbors were very friendly, the staff was out of this world, and the amenities and location were unbeatable for Tacoma. We relocated back out East but I wanted to make a review for the complex as I feel it is important since it had a positive impact on us as we stayed there. Shout to the staff and the maintenance team along with the residents that kept it peaceful! ?

The ladies in the office are fabulous and the maintenance team is wonderful! The whole building is well taken care of and it’s been an all around great experience living at Madison25!

I thoroughly enjoyed living at Madison 25. It had every amenity I wanted, and the location was perfect. The management staff's support for residents could not have been better. I was sorry to move to another state, but what I had at Madison 25 helped form my wish list for my new place.

Lived here for 3.5 years and LOVED it. The building is very well-maintained. Apartments are modern and comfortable. The building management is unreal and so responsive, and I always felt very much like they were looking out for us and trying to build a sense of community. The building amenities are also wonderful (is there a better roof deck around? Doubtful!). 100000% recommend this building without hesitation.

The best place to live in Tacoma! The staff goes above and beyond to make the place feel like home. The location is perfect with 2 grocery stores, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Farmers market on Saturdays. Loved the rooftop lounge with amazing views of the Sound, Olympics & Rainier. Plus a garden that you can pick from. Work orders were always done quickly. Best of all the people that live there are so friendly and easy to get along with. I've made life long friendships and met my fiancé there. I credit the staff for that they are personable and make it fun to live there.

Madison25 is a top of the line place to live. It feels safe, high-end & welcoming with the amenities we can use & the location. The staff are all also incredible, especially the assistant manager, Shyann, who represents the apartment complex so well with her genuine interest and support in our well-being here! My family & I feel well looked after & glad in our decision to live here.

We've been living in this community for almost of 1.5 year and this is, hands down, the best community we've ever lived in. Huge thanks to all the staffs/management at the apartment and especially "Veronica and Tara", whom always care for us even before we know it. Somehow they are always at least two steps ahead of us and we are getting spoiled with so much care they provide. Truly, 5-start hotel experience!!!! Thank you so much for all you do. Cheers!

I love calling Madison 25 home! From the wonderful management team, to the amazing accommodations & location, to the sense of security, the list goes on and on why Madison 25 is a superior choice for communal living. Veronica, Tara & Victor have all gone above and beyond to provide support when needed and make choosing to renew my lease twice a very easy decision! I love living here so much I referred my best friend and now we both have apartments here. We used to rent together down at Point Ruston and i can tell you from first hand experience how much more professional and well ran the Madison 25 is in comparison. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a safe beautiful apartment building to call home.

Love living here! Veronica and Tara in the front office are the absolute best and so helpful and they’re always so kind. The maintenance staff, Victor, Libya and Darrin are amazing. The building is always spotless and any time I’ve needed then they’ve been there within minutes! Literally minutes! Tara always has doggie treats for my boxer which he loves! Proctor is the best neighborhood in Tacoma but it’s the people and the apartments that make this home.
