This store is nice, clean \\u0026 well-stocked with a great variety of different products - I really like the cosmetic dept because the store carries such a vast variety made by such brands as Kokie Cosmetics, L'oreal and more. The customer service here is wonderful, too - I really appreciate Alex's great service the last time I was shopping here.

This Environment is very nice. The store is clean and they usually have some sales going. Everytime I go in I have a very nice experience! Tina was super helpful!

I don't know about the pharmacy but the clerks and people on the floor are GREAT. Always helpful and nice. I'm 80 yrs. old and they are very nice and polite young people. Thanks Kids you do a good job . C

The absolute worst pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription 8 hours after my provider placed the order. I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready and it was a 2 hour wait. I told them that I would just come back the following day. The next day I return at 6pm and they told me that the prescription was canceled and that I could try to come back the following day to see if it was ready. I understand that the world is understaffed but this is a little rediculous.

I like this Pharamacy the staff was very friendly and helpful with my COVID shot . The staff was quick and helpful they made me feel very confident about taking the shot I did feel any pain.

This pharmacy deserves a negative 5 stars. Every time I go into this pharmacy there always screwing something up. From when I tell them to only fill one month of my medications and they deliberately fill 3 months when I am getting ready to leave the country in October. I told them to stop 3 months fill but the pharmacist is the biggest bimbo I have ever met. Nick is a special basket case who yells at customers despite the bottle saying there is a refill available till April 2022. I literally filed a complaint with corporate and the pharmacist caught the mistake after that. I am not going to be doing business once all my prescriptions are refilled before I leave the country properly. There is this other rude girl who helps in the pharmacy who can only ring people up and has no idea what to do with refilling a prescription and how to drop one off. I was told on one occasion that I had to wait 4 hours for medication and can I just not come back tomorrow. I find the service appalling on every level. They really strive hard to provide the worst customer service they can using COVID as a pathetic excuse for treating customers like shit. Walgreens had better customer service then this and i would still be using them if one my meds wasn't a special order case. I am looking forward to giving CVS a try again since they moved up here.

This was one of the only pharmacies open on Thanksgiving. So grateful for that and for the pleasant friendly staff.

Had a long day on the road and stopped at this Rite aid for some medicine, only to meet with one of the cashiers, named CHARLINE who was so unprofessional and inattentive with costumers. Called out and belittle one of her coworkers during my transaction making him feel uncomfortable. Not only that, she was also on her phone with someone while charging me, I had press for cash back option only for her to tell me in a rude manner "this machine dose not dispense money", confuse for her responde I said "oh sorry I didn't know that" and she proceeded to say "well I'm telling you now". I made sure to leave that place comforting Dylan (co-worker, who by the way greeted us as soon as we came in) for her rude actions.

Very clean super nice staff and pharmacy. I got in and out of both super fast. Connie was super great with customer service she saw I had an empty garbage and offered to throw away for me so super above and beyond. Nicest pharmacy staff I've ever experienced at any rite aid

A couple years ago it's sounds like there were lots of issues with customer service. Well about the last 8 months I have been using their pharmacy and have had nothing but good experiences. The pharmacists I have encountered are friendly and knowledgeable. And the pharmacy techs are just as helpful and friendly. When you are in a hurry and need same day, if the medication is stocked they will help as fast as they can and I've had scripts filled in less than 5 minutes before. Things have definitely changed for the better!

This specific Rite Aid is a joke. Constant mistakes, long wait times and even forgot about me one time after telling me 10 minutes. 40 min later They had to ask me what I was waiting for. This is after I called my prescription in first thing in the morning and told them I would pick it up at 4pm. I showed up at 5:30pm and in a hurry to go out of town. I've given this place chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt because, well, we are all human. But come on! I shouldn't have to feel put on the defensive as a customer. They got my prescription wrong and blamed it on me and my Dr. They had me calling my Dr right there at the pharmacy when THEY read the prescription wrong all along. Rude to me the entire time until they found out they screwed up. This is just ONE incident. I'm moving our prescriptions!

Very poor customer service. Not enough staff. They have had a ratty sign hanging up at the pharmacy that says they are sorry for the wait as they are short staffed. The sign has been up for a year! RX pick up is a long wait most of the time. Their automated system where they robo dial your phone to tell you your RX is ready, is not accurate. More often than not, I have gone there after receiving a call only to have to wait for them to fill my order. If you have questions about your meds, good luck. The pharmacist is probably just "put out" by you asking. I have moved all of my family's prescription needs to Spanaway Pharmacy. They agreed great... and their staff used to work at rite aide. Go figure.
