They put a lock on my unit when I was returning to get the rest of my stuff from across state with a 5 month old my unit was paid, I moved out on the 24th of august before rent was due, they then didn’t reach out to tell me this until I already drove from Spokane again to see a lock on my unit and nobody to call or answer to get it fixed, so I drove a total of 8hours to not even be able to get my belongings, they are now trying to charge me for not getting my stuff on time when it’s there’s fault they locked me out of my PAID FOR UNIT! the front desk lady is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met terrible customer service I would save ur money and go somewhere else

Response to company... reach out that's what I been trying to do but nobody reaches back. Someone FINALLY text me back but was still the wrong freaking combinations. 3 of the locks are key locks and only 1 is combination. They sent wrong combinations. They sent 2 that were too 2 locks that aren't even on my storage. This is beyond frustrating. Once again I've had to extend my uhual rental. You guys have no idea how frustrating this is 3 extra days I've had 2 pay for or uhual going to have to do it again because nobody gets back to me
HORRIBLE BUSINESS
My biggest regret is getting a unit thru these people. I have been paying for a unit since June and I still haven't been able to put my stuff in the units I've been paying for. 230 a month and they've had locks in it so we can't get into it. Get a call saying locks have been removed so we rent a uhual to try putting our stuff in the units we've been paying for since June and there's a lock back on it that we don't know the code too nor can we get a hold of anybody to get that code to get into it. We were there for 4 hours trying get ahold of someone finally at 9pm we tried to leave not knowing gates don't open after 8pm we were locked out of our storage unit and locked in their facility. It's been nothing but a HUGE HASSLE AND HEADACHE. No return calls or emails I've sent many of both. I've had to extend my uhual 3 times so they're costing me even more money I literally don't have to spare bcuz all my stuff is now sitting in a 26 foot truck outside my place. They have no after hour number or anybody to return the calls. When they called last week they said they'd only give 1 month free even though we've paid more than that and haven't been able to use it. It's ridiculous. If I could they wouldn't get no stars it'd be negative lol HORRIBLE BUSINESS

Great Customer service is under new management the other day I went by just to get information on the cost on renting a storage unit and the young lady that was there she was very helpful she was able to give me the information I needed I will definitely come back next month Great Customer service keep up that great work

Unimpressed. The hours said they were open until 6, even right on the door, but there was nobody anywhere to be found so we couldn't pick up our lock or anything... and the code we were given wasn't working either so we couldn't even get in to look at the unit we'd reserved. We called the number left on the door for people to call in case nobody was in the office and it went to voicemail. We waited for a little while to see if anyone would show up, left another message, then left to run another errand. About half an hour later we got a call back (it was about 5:50pm then) and the person tried to excuse away their absence by saying we must've been there on their lunch break, which was not the case. Overall just very unimpressed and would not recommend. We found another place to go, a bit more expensive, but the service there was so much better!

Had a great experience with the facility, up until someone decided it was ok to break in and vandalize my truck, I know it's not the facilities fault. And I am very thankful for Miriam who kept me updated at all times, and help me out through the process of insurance retrieving my vehicle for their premises. She was so nice and helpful.

Let's be clear: everything negative you may have thought about this establishment should be thrown out the window. The reason for that is because of the new manager. This business should be 5/5.
A couple weeks ago, I came back from deployment on the last day of August. Being incredibly jet-lagged and cheap, I considered a desperate attempt of retrieving a U-Haul truck from here at 4 PM to get everything out of a storage unit somewhere else so I would not have to pay for September. If I had waited just one day to move everything out of that other storage unit on SEP 1st, I would have been charged an entire month's bill still.
First off, the manager suggested that I park my vehicle inside the gated area for extra security while moving my stuff. That's green flag #1. Secondly, the manager asked if I needed help with moving so the truck could be back before the place closes and asked her husband to help out. Together, we moved out everything to my new apartment in about an hour, which would have originally been projected around 3+ hours by myself. That's green flag #2. Lastly, after I dropped off the U-Haul truck, the manager called back to ask if I would want to come back and fill up the gas so I would not get charged excessively for it. I made one last trip to fill up the truck. That's green flag #3.
In conclusion, this is a textbook example in which new management will change all pre-conceived notions about a business. The manager is incredibly kind, thoughtful, caring, and truly enjoys what she does for work. This place is in good hands.

The girls I talked to yesterday seemed very nice and helpful. They also stated they are open Saturdays until 6pm and yet here we are trying to get into our new storage unit and the lock isn't working and no one's here nor answering any calls. It was imperative we move out of our other unit at a different storage place by the 1st, but with this happening I don't see how that is going to happen since they're closed Sunday and Monday. Super frustrating!!

We went there with my sister and her husband. The guy who works there is a creeper. Literally trying to talk to women and he shouldn't be so aggressive we heard him cussing at some one for something but not sure what. He didn't care minor children were around as well. Just too much going on for him to be working there like that I felt really weird after he was staring at me when talking to my sister.

I recently rented a unit. Through the website everything was very easy and fast except that the access code and lock that the page provided me was not correct, the attention on the phone and from the girl in the office (Miriam) were excellent.
It's great that they have bilingual people in their offices.

I recently purchased a unit from this storage facility on storage treasures, I was greatly disappointed by the integrity of the place, especially the manager Jimmy. I have been doing this a while now; buying units that were in auction. the pitcures were very misleading and doctored and boxes had no items in them that should of been.
Other customers who were doing the same thing as I was, asked me if they felt the unit seemed like the unit was gone through as well, and altered.
I won't be buying anymore units from this place.

New management person is awesome. He is a diligent, vigilant, and hardworking manager who lives on site and keeps the place clean and is doing renovations himself despite the location of the storage. True gem in the community. I really feel like my stuff is safe here.

It's nice new management person on site ,the live on site person is very helpful and polite,it's making a lot of progress I'm happy with the new guy there Mr Richardson .
