I went in 15 business minutes before closing time, for I needed an important small screw for my snare stand for a gig same night. They helped me right away. Thanks to the gentlemen with white hair he was knowledgeable and got in and out.

After trying to get a fitting at O'Reilly and Lowe's, I came up empty-handed. The last resort was Tacoma screw. Lots of hardware items to choose from, great atmosphere, and reliable parts. No doubt, from now on, I will only go there first before wasting my gas!

What a find! I wish I knew about this place years ago. We moved and were missing some screws from our furniture. We called the furniture company with no help and tried looking in tons of bins at Home Depot and Lowe's. One trip to Tacoma screws and it was resolved in seconds. They have a counter with four associates just to help you look for what you need. All you have to do is pull a number and wait. It is quite efficient. They gave me five screws. For free! What nice people! I highly recommend and will be going there in the future for all my hardware needs
