Just needs more mens shoes and men items,last time there were nothing at all mostly just hiking or old fashion items making it boring and a waste of time just looking through the mens section to find nothing but old grandpa shoes

I am 73 and remember, when The Rack was where Nordstrom sent clothing that wasn't selling.
Things have changed and The Rack is now just another clothing store full of mediocre product like Macy's or Penny's.
The store was pretty much empty of customers and for good reason.

Celine was more than helpful to me. She has a great and friendly personality. How lucky Nordstrom is to have her and I, the custumer, to encounter her.

So disappointed in the jewelry. All look cheap, matches the prices. The store is nice but employees are not. Prices are as expensive, any one that disagrees, it’s Nordstrom!! And nothing on this rack is priced, weights and measures should be notified.

Overall positive experience, love how the store is clean and has a diverse selection. Enjoy the atmosphere every time I enter, a great addition to Yakima.

The men's department is very limited in selection, womens is 5 times as large as men's. Shop the stores in the Seattle area!! Save time!!
