I love getting my hair styled at this salon. The results never fail, I always leave feeling beautiful inside and out. The stylist are not only excellent at their work they also are also some of kindness people I've ever encountered. I'm 73 so that is saying alot. š

I have been working with Erica for about 6 months now. She has cut my hair 3 times and also styled mine and my families hair for my wedding. Erica is a GEM and I look forward to my appointments with her, because not only does she make me look and feel beautiful, she is also simply wonderful company.

Iām new to Tacoma and was looking for a great salon and Iām so glad I found Hey Hello Hair Co! I saw Kyla for a haircut and she was absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. She gave me exactly what I needed and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and happy with my new look. Highly recommend Kyla and this salon to anyone looking for a great stylist in the area!

I had such a wonderful experience with Hallie! Not only did she give me a fantastic haircut that I absolutely love, but she was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process. She really listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. I highly recommend her definitely the nicest hairstylist I've ever had!

Would recommend Jessica over and over! She really took the time to walk through my vision and left the floor open for any input I may have had. I was so happy with the experience that I booked her right away to do my daughterās first hair cut. She made my girl feel so comfortable and we couldnāt have been happier with that job either! My daughter has very curly hair and Jessica did a great job working with it. Highly recommend !

This place is adorable! I got my hair done by Jessica and she was AMAZING! I have been going back and forth about completely changing my hair and she made my hair dreams come true! I always have a great experience when i visit heyHELLO. Iāve been going to Jessica for over a year and i always leave feeling fabulous! I also take my oldest daughter to see Jessica for her curly hair and she always looks like a million bucks. I always recommend Jessica and the ladies at the salon to everyone!

Horrible, disappointing, and totally unacceptable.
Hi Charla, here are the photos you asked for.
I had paragraphs to write, but I know that means nothing in the long run. I asked for a service, didnāt receive it, and then asked for a refund, and didnāt receive it. I even looked up the terms and conditions, and these people canāt even follow what rules they set out for themselves. I was told they do not offer refunds :-)
Photos after my service (not lifted, ends black, completely uneven, a stylist who said they were ānot sure about redsā afterwards, and $250 down the drain) vs dying my own hair better than these āprofessionalsā ā¦who said this color wasnāt achievable / too bright. I lifted my whole head in one day evenly, and spent $30 on pulp riot permanent dye, olaplex I already had, and 20% developer.
PSA: donāt waste your money here. Did I mention this was suppose to be for my birthday? I just wanted to feel pretty, taken care of, and I ended up pissed af and quite the opposite after all of this
Let me know if youāre looking for a stylist š¤£ apparently Iām more qualified

Kyla is amazing! She has been doing my hair for over a year and Iām very glad Iāve gotten to follow her on her journey to Hey Hello Hair Co!! A great listener and easy to talk to, truly cares about her work and making people feel amazing about themselves. Sheās taken me from lived in highlights, to a blended bronde, and then back to my natural in my recent visit to the salon. All I can say is Iām very happy :)

The gal that did my hair gave me a good shag cut and was exceptional in 2 unique ways
1. She was SO GENTLE. I'm really tender-headed and I've never had a hair appointment that didn't hurt before today.
2. She actually diffused my hair! I have wavy hair and folks tend to blow it out so I don't actually know for sure when I leave if it'll look good with my natural texture. Today was probably the first time I've ever left a salon with wavy hair!
They were also able to get me in same-day which was really nice.

Erika is amazing!! I have been going to her for years and I have no plans on stopping. I even drive from Vancouver to see her! She is a great listener, awesome colorist, and the cuts and styles she does are always exactly what I wanted without being able to express it. I have pin straight, very fine hair that quickly gets oily and limp. It is not easy to work with at all, but she always makes it look full and gorgeous! The salon itself is clean, cute, and welcoming. š
